Wow!!! Auto Class Direct you did it again!!!
Not once, but twice these beautiful people, Jeron,Ryan, Tracy, Mr. Cantrell... the Service Advisor, really every body... at Auto Class Direct have gone the extra mile for our family to insure I was able to purchase our "dream car" at a price point and financing which a member, of this fine team, Tracy, discussed with us, every step of the way. Amazing considering my credit report is a bit colorful. I feel more like family here, than a customer. This dealership has that "small town feeling with every make and model one could ddeam of! Although there were several contracts to sign, now a car note to pay...etc. I truly feel that this car has been thoroughly assessed and I have found the best "deal" on the market! Thanks to these guys and gals, it truly felt more like a homecoming than a car sale! I wish you each all of the luck in the world in your quest for your next vehicle! However, if you don't feel like gambling, the team at Auto Class Direct is your best bet for integrity, service and CAR PURCHASING!! THANK YOU!!!

Don't Buy A Vehicle From Here!!!!
cannot recommend purchasing any vehicle from this used car dealership. I purchased a 2001 Silverado 4x4 back in 2017, the next day the check engine and brake lights came on and I had found out they had unplugged the negative off the battery to turn off those lights temporarily. The second day I tried to engage the parking brake and release it hoping it would turn off the brake light but the parking brake wouldn't release. I called the dealer asking if the could send a tow to come pick up the truck to have it repaired and they told me to just drive it to the dealership. I told them that would ruin the parking brake but he insisted that I drive it there. I drove it there and he told me to pull into the parking spot but I told him if I did that they wouldn't be able to reverse out of there and again I did as he said. He got into the vehicle and attempted to back out but it wouldn't budge. He then started to give it more gas that's when he broke the U-Joint. He knew what he did because he yelled F#$k repeatedly. They only fixed the parking brake and refused to fix the U-Joint he broke. A few months later my ABS booster pump fails and I run into the back of a car because I couldn't stop. I took the truck back to them to have the fix it and when I got it back the parking brake stopped working. When it came time to get my vehicle inspected the computer wouldn't recognize my my trucks PCM. I took it back to Auto Class Direct and they said they got my truck to pass inspection. I asked them how and they said one of the mechanics had 2002 Silverado and the plugged his truck in instead. One year later I ended up having to replace the PCM so I could have it pass inspection. Last month I decided to buy a a different truck because the other one was in really bad shape for repairs. I went back to Auto Class Direct thinking maybe they had changed and got better. I test drove a 2007 F150 and I told them I wanted the headlights fixed because one of the headlights was out and the turn signal replaced because it was very loose. Well the replaced they turn signal but instead of replacing the headlights they disabled the low beams from working on the turn signal to where I only had high beams. The mechanic was telling me that those were my low beams even though I was setting the turn signal to high beams. He then said it's because they are LED lights and that I won't have the option to switch from Lo-beam to Hi-beam. The second day of owning it I noticed it was leaking transmission fluid and oil so I took it back to them and said I want a different truck. They put me in a 2008 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab but the radio didn't work nor does the rear driverside power lock work nor do the window switches in the back roll up the windows, but the big topper is the swapped the 5.3L motor out of this truck with a 4.8L without telling me. I contacted the original owner and he said he never swapped the motor but it has indeed been swapped because the vin numbers do not match and the engine that was supposed to be in this truck is a 5.3L but instead there's a 4.8L in it and it was recently done just before I bought it. What raised the red flag for me was the Vortec lid was missing from the truck and I noticed brand new injectors. I noticed it didn't have nearly as much power as my older Silverado with a 5.3L even though the 2008 5.3L was supposed to have much more horse power and torque due to it's VVT and better fuel mileage do to it's AFM. After driving it 1,000 miles I noticed I was only getting 14 mpg which was really strange considering I got 16-17 MPG with my 2001 Silverado 4X4 and that weighs 800 lbs more than this truck. That's when I had a mechanic look at the Vin on the block. As it turned out they swapped the motor with a 4.8L.

Unethical. Lack of integrity. Poor customer svce
Try honesty and follow through Ryan. If you say you will call me 20 min when I am serious about buying please do that. Why would I have to call back? If you said submit an offer and then you will give me your best number after talking to the owner, please do that Why should I have to call back? If you say you will submit my offer at 10 am and I hear nothing and call you at 12:30 and you still haven’t discussed please tell me the offer is unacceptable. Why would you lie and avoid over and over. I then call you and you tell me what the list price is? Insulted. We discussed all that after I drove the car. Then 30 seconds after we talk you say the car is sold. No apology. No explanation. It is places like this that make ones skin crawl when thinking about buying a car. FYI I was willing to pay full price for the vehicle but I wanted to test your bottom. I am sure you could care less however. Stay away folks. There are dealers with integrity elsewhere.

Great Experience!
The Auto Class Direct family has raised my expectations of the car buying experience! They are all so friendly and helpful! This is the second car I’ve got from them, and I’m so happy with how they’ve treated me! I’ve sent all my friends and family there, and I look forward to doing further business with them!

Worst Place to buy a car!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would actually give less than one star if I had that option. Bought a Used car. I asked if the car had a check engine light and they said no. After buying and driving the car for about 3 miles from their location, the check engine light came back on. This is because they had actually reset the check engine light without fixing the problem. This company is a fraud! when I called them back to tell them that the check engine light came on, they said it's not their problem. That maybe I am the one who brought the check engine light on. This particular guy Micah said that he dint forced me to buy it and that am stupid. I regret going to that dealership.
