Oil change appointment was for 11:30, arrived on time,
Oil change appointment was for 11:30, arrived on time, was informed they were 20 minutes behind , our wait would be 1-1 1/2 hours. After two hours we were still waiting, I asked the service manger when my car would be done. He immediately said that he had told me they were running behind at which point I stopped him and said it’s been 2 hours and it’s still not done? He checked and said it would be 15 minutes, which turned into 30 minutes. At 2:00 my car was done, he presented me with an invoice for $83 which included a $10 discount for the wait. I asked him why am I being billed when I had purchased an $800 oil change plan at the time I purchased my vehicle in August 2024. He said he wasn’t aware of that as it was not indicated in the computer, however, he would take care of it. This is my third service visit and I have not been impressed. It should not take 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change, even with them being 20 minutes behind. Going forward I may just have them pick my car up and deliver it back, but then I’m without my vehicle for even a longer period of time.

John was very kind & listened to all my concerns.
John was very kind & listened to all my concerns. Even when the problem was not initially found, John went the extra mile to figure it out & promptly get my vehicle serviced & provided me with a rental car during the time of the repair. He scheduled a pick up & drop off to my place of employment & kept me informed throughout the entire process.
