Don't Trust Don

Bought a used vehicle there in March. Turned the A/C on for the first time in June. Lasted about 3 days. Emailed the first sales representative I dealt with, asking to be forwarded to the salesman who closed the sale. Have yet to hear back. While fully aware that I made the purchase 3 months ago, there is absolutely no way the cooling system should fail after a handful or fewer uses. Don't trust Don!

xxxxTY SERVICE!

Absolutely horrible! I gave them permission to fix a part on my car, while fixing that part they broke 2 other parts on the car. They failed to tell me the parts could break in the process. They even called me and said everything was fine with the car other than the part I gave permission to fix. After breaking they called to tell me I would have to pay for the parts they broke! One of which they failed to mention at all! I happened to notice it on the receipt when I got home. Overall I HIGHLY recommend you take your business elsewhere!

terrible.

Do not buy. Was in the market for a different car due to a change in life situations. Sales guy told me they were close to my desired payment, but i needed to get and fill out the credit application online. I did it while I was on the phone (my credit is fine). Credit guy said they were going to run my credit only twice as to not mess up my exception credit. Credit karma notifications were popping up like crazy. 5 notifications later. I spoke to the credit guy and they were 75 dollars away from my target payment. Thank you for whacking my credit 5 times for absolutely nothing!!!! Horrible commutation, and a lot of lies to try and get the deal that evidently wasn't feasible. Andy

Be very wary of this dealership

They have an advertised 2018 BMW X3 for $42,000, and it's been listed that way for weeks. I have been in contact with a BMW sales representative for a week and a half, and he repeatedly verified the price. However, when I arrived to the dealership from Fort Drum, the manager stated it was a mistake and the list price was actually $52,000. As a combat wounded Veteran I don't expect much, but at the very least I expect that a customer that's interested in a new vehicle be treated with honesty, fairness and respect. That didn't happen today!

They threatened to call the cops!

The general manager threatened me and said he was going to call the cops. He told me I was stealing a car that was registered to me! Nick Borelli was the worst finance manager ever!

David Place helped us lease a car for 3 years.

David was very knowledgeable and was very friendly. We ended up leasing a 2018 Ford Fusion for 3 years. We had never done this before it went very smoothly. Thank you Don's Ford and Mr. David Place.

Love my Subie

We had the unique pleasure of working with Brian P on the sales floor. Not only was Brian knowledgeable about our car of choice (Subaru) but his non-aggressive, honest style was why we chose him to sell us our new Outback. The experience was enjoyable and relaxing. When we left with our new car, Brian made sure we understood each option available and even followed us down to the gas station to put additional gas in the tank because it was not completely full at the time of purchase.
