I worked with Henry and Lee in purchasing my Bronco

I worked with Henry and Lee in purchasing my Bronco Wildtrack. Henry and Lee are clear, super attentive, answered all my questions, and made it possible for me to purchase my dream car for a great price. Highly recommend, it was a fun and great experience.

Incredible Truck Buying Experience!!!

Purchased a used 3/4 ton truck from them last month, and the entire experience was incredible. From Michael Norton the GM, to Storm Tipton, and Keith Clark in Finance, the process of trading in and buying was incredible. I would highly recommend them for your vehicle purchasing needs!!!

overpriced

The price on the sticker is not what you pay. They charge $4400 for a "Crain Addendum" and "New Car Fee" - 10/10 do not recommend. They also pull the leave and come back move multiple times. Very annoying. Just tell me the xxxx price.

Worst service experience

This was the worst dealer experience i have ever had. Took my truck in for simple warranty work. To fix a leak in the door handle. Picked it up a few days later and found out they had used up 1/4 tank of my gas, racked up miles and scratched my neawly installed window tint. Even found dog hair inside my truck. Brought it all to their attention before leaving and they denied until i showed them pictures of when i dropped it off. Notified the manager, never received a response. They obviously dont care. Take your Ford anywhere else.

Typical Bait & Switch tactics.

Wife went to inquire about a used Expedition. Of course the price they listed was based on using their in-house financing plus they add a non-optional “Crain Commitment” $3k package. You know going into it trade value will be low, but $4-5k under blue book is ridiculous. Complete bait & switch tactics. This dealership is the poster child for why folks don’t want to deal with it. Purchasing a vehicle should be a great experience, not a constant headache where they screw you and try to get you in & out as quick as possible. Save a headache and your money and go to another dealer not under the Crain umbrella.

+25k dealer markup

Bait and switch tactics with a 25k dealer markup. Also will stick you with a $250 “nitrogen” bill. Don’t go here if you want reasonably priced cars.

48% markup on pre-ordered Bronco

Imagine pre-ordering a car and waiting 2 years for it to be made. Finally, after numerous shipping delays, you get the call. It looks glorious. You take it for a test drive. It rides better than you could've imagined. You're ready to spend your hard-earned money. The manager sits down and informs you that the vehicle that you priced out, pre-ordered two years ago, waited to be built, was delayed twice during shipping is not only going to cost you what you thought it was but there's also a 48% markup on top of that. FORTY-EIGHT xxxxING PERCENT. I'm happy to pay a dealer markup to pay the bills and make some profit for you, but seriously, go xxxx yourself. Zero transparency during the entire process that this would be the case. No heads-up, whatsoever. Chalked it up to the pandemic and some other garbage about inflation. No. Simply put this is just another example of greed, milking a global pandemic and the Ford hype-train. Original window sticker with MSRP of $51,220. Their price $75,827.99.
