I purchased a 2009 GMC DENALI from First Choice Auto and five weeks later the engine locked up. I called them to see if they would work with me and get it fixed or put me in something else to continue to do business with them and I was told that it was a as is contract and I should've gotten the extended warranty. But I was NEVER asked if I wanted a extended warranty but the lady got nasty with me and insisted that she told me that. All she did was shove the paperwork through the hole and told me to sign where she marked. When the truck engine locked up she told me that I would have to pay for the tow to the lot so that their mechanic could check it out. After he checked it out I was told that they would do the labor for free and I would have to purchase a engine for $4000 and still pay $9000 for the truck and that's all they were willing to do for me. I had the truck five weeks and one day and the engine locked up. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They are con artists, scammers and have VERY disrespectful office workers. Nice Pontiac G3!
Looking for dependable car for my mom, found red Pontiac g3 , clean and nice, test drove it, had air filter issue, made it known to Ahmad, they changed it and fixed the problem before I bought it. No problems since, mom loves the car!

Bad car's false advertising
I got 2 cars from them both a piece of xxxx first one was Pontiac black clean after 2 days started smelling gas I'm thinking when I got gas at the gas station some got on my tires so every day it was getting stronger looked under the car it was dripping gas because they rigged it with a plastic tube n I know it should be metal tubes I call they told I'm getting it fixed cost me 245 n that I'm gonna be late on the car payment because of that then 2 days later my driver side door locked on me couldn't open I called told them come get this xxxx car and there customer severe people so disrespectful no way in xxxx I'll get another car from there

This place was absolutely terrible all they do is lie they lie about everything not trustworthy will take your money give you a car that they know is messed up and tell you it’s your fault you picked it the 2008 Dodge Charger with 177,000 miles on it was junk they didn’t want to help fix it I told them to come get it and then they put it back on the lot so that someone else can struggle I find it disrespectful and just down right low they don’t even shake your hand after the sale becaus they know the cars are junk

AVOID AVOID AVOID
Absolutely the worst customer service in the business. Bought a truck from here less than a week ago. The process was okay to begin, but the girl who handled our paperwork, Alexis, was clearly not ready to be with customers. Not only was she absolutely unprofessional, but she messed up some of the documentation and kept making comments that she hoped her boss wouldn't see. Not a good look for a company! 5 days after we purchased the vehicle, the drivers side headlight is no longer working. Already having electrical issues, good thing we paid extra for their warranty program. Then comes the issues with insurance. Before we left, we were not informed we had a time frame to submit insurance information. Alexis reached out to me 4 days after purchase stating she needed it by end of day. I sent a copy of the ID cards showing insurance and we did not hear anything again until Monday morning when she replied stating that wasn't enough. She said she needed specific information and I replied sending her exactly what she asked for and she thanked me saying it was exactly what was needed. Fast forward 20 minutes and she's emailing again saying it doesn't work and I need to send more. Then she calls me and gets snotty saying no more email communication and proceeded to go off telling me that she needs this information and when I got mad at told her I am at work she then hung up on me. My fiance called back and spoke with Ahmed who then screamed at my fiance and told him that they need the declaration page. We told him we'd just have my ins company deal with them here on out because they're so disrespectful, but then as my fiance was informing Ahmed of the electrical issue Ahmed hung up on him. We had to call back again and speak to someone else to get the information we needed regarding the warranty. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Worst experience they sell lemons.
Purchased a 2006 PT cruiser from here. Drove it off the lot and my lights were flickering took it right back and the dealer and workers fooled around with it and couldn't figure it out so said he would fix it if I could leave it overnight so I did. They called me yesterday and said it was ready to go so I went and picked it up. Got it home and the back lights wouldn't turn off. Had to disconnect the battery in order to get lights off. It's not the brake switch it's electrical issues. They will not return my money and I have not got any positive results. Auto shop told me it could be up to $1000 repair to try and retrieve my money. I called attorney general and channel 13 news as well and I will be contacting the better business bureau. I'm beyond mad and upset. Do not go here if you're looking for a reliable used car!!! They are not BBB accredited either. Next time I'll definitely make sure I look into everything.

At first I thought thank you GOD but when things got rough all that seemed to matter was money. I thought that the dealer was one that helped people get back on track with ownership. Never missed a payment but maintaining full coverage on a vehicle that needed repairs constantly became a hassle. Not once did I bother them with the fact that immediately repairs were needed but I ate those cost. The very first time my insurance elapsed the threat for repossession was the very first thing on their agenda. Not the fact that most American workers get paid biweekly and after costly repairs insurance had to wait 2 weeks. Well my vehicle was repossessed for isurance not non payment. Out of another 200 bucks. So my experience was not a great one and for individuals who are like myself who are trying to work and live check to check this establishment is not for you!!

Don?t buy a car from this gypsy...
Get the car inspected before you leave the car lot. Vehicles are way overpriced, insurance deductible required is too high to pay for some vehicles
