Amazing car service

Dan was not what I expected a Car Salesman to be. He gave me room to browse and process information. I would recommend Dan to any car shopper.

A good experience.

Good people to do business with had a wonderful experience no issues everything went fine. If I had more time I would have tried to negotiate a better price.

Worst Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had!

Went to Scott Select to purchase a used Honda. Was there for 5 hours. Went to my bank for financing because they were dishonest about what my credit score was (said it wasn't over 700 so that's why the interest was high). Bank confirmed it was over 700. After picking up check for the car from my bank and taking out an insurance policy, I thought all I had to do was sign the papers. I walked out of the dealership to see the vehicle I was purchasing was damaged (about $3k worth of undercarriage damage). No one took accountability for the damage. It happened while they were moving the vehicle on the lot, almost positive since we circled the car about 30 times prior. Manager offered $500 off the price off the vehicle and said it couldn't be repaired as it was labor intensive. Someone had to of noticed the large dent/scratch prior and no one said a word. I'm glad I didn't purchase from them. Their process were good but overall felt like they tried to pull a fast one on me and wasted hours of my time. Very dishonest. Also the sales person was noticeable disgruntled about the outside financing as opposed to through the dealership. Worst experience ever! Never have been so stressed!

Earning your business means earning your trust, and we do this consistently through our transparent approach, with guest satisfaction as our primary objective. In other words, we only win when you win. Our sales manager has reached out in hopes of having a conversation, but unfortunately he has been unable to connect with you. In regards to financing, you were not provided with a misrepresentation of your credit score. Credit scores can vary based on the credit bureau from which they are pulled. You authorized Scott Select to make an inquiry on your credit to the bureau we use (Transunion) and the resulting credit score card was presented. Ultimately, our customers are free to use whichever source of financing they determine is best for them. In the case of your vehicle of interest, damage to the rocker panel can be difficult to notice, as it can usually only be seen by standing at a distance or by bending to look underneath the car. Aesthetic damage of this nature holds no bearing on mechanical function and is not a safety concern. By not repairing inconspicuous aesthetic damage, we are able to offer great pre-owned vehicles at desirable, market-based prices. We felt that $500 off was a reasonable offer to address your concerns. We're sorry you feel as though we wasted your time. We were both hoping for an outcome where you drove off in a car that you love.

Great experience, very patient, willing to help.

Dan was able to help me purchase the car I needed, as well as understand my need to take time coming from out of town. He is very understanding and eager to get the job done in the best and most efficient way possible.

Great experience

Dan in Sales helped me through the car buying process, explained everything in good detail, and followed up on all my questions. Andy in service assisted with minor concerns/repairs that I requested durin the 3-day return window. Great car, great deal. I will be a repeat customer.

Friendly, straightforward buying experience

As an older, single woman, I had no idea what to expect. I had done research on Consumer Reports and there were links to the car I was looking for and where they were available. I reviewed several and sent an email through CR asking about the car. Dan Zink replied within minutes and we set up s time for me to go in the next day. The car was as advertised, if not better, and the price was at least $4,000 cheaper than a comparable car elsewhere in the area and in another state where I was looking. Dan and the staff were very accommodating and treated me with respect. I would definitely recommend Dan and Scott Select!!!!!

What to hope for in a car salesman

My fiancée and I were looking for a SUV to replace her VW Tiguan which was totaled in an accident. My first call was to Dan Zink at Scott Honda because I had a good experience with him about a year ago when I sold my son’s car to Scott after he passed away. After very short notice Dan met with us , let us test drive a CRV and went over the pricing, both to purchase and lease. Dan was very knowledgeable about the product, explained the various buying options in a way we could easily understand and made us feel very comfortable in a situation that can tend to be uncomfortable. We did not feel the least bit pressured to buy a vehicle. Ultimately we leased a VW Tiguan but we would not hesitate to go back to Dan and Scott Honda the next time we need to buy a vehicle.
