Car has been in an accident and not reported
We bought a $50K car that had been in an accident. A month after the purchase, when we took the car to the Acura dealership, they discovered that the entire left passenger door area had been repainted. It wasn't shown on the Carfax, and they never reported it. It's hard to trust anyone these days, even a Honda dealer. They put my family and me at risk.

Terrible Dealer
Horrible dealer. Never returns calls. Misinformation given by salesman. They said they lost my title then they admitted they screwed it up. Waited 7 weeks on a title. More messages and zero return calls until I had to force the finance guy to deal with this. Promise of some restitution for the hassle and then pulled that. Do NOT buy from them. They could care less about issues THEY cause.

These guys ignore phone calls.
These guys ignore phone calls...they "lost" my title when someone quit. They have no info on when i will be getting a title for a vehicle i paid cash for 6 weeks ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

7 weeks to get a title. Literally 30 messgaes left and no response from anyone till I demanded to sit on hold and wait for a manager. Your customer service was terrible. Now im in a rush to get tags before my temp expires. Shameful treatment of a customer. I will steer people away for you guys.
