The experience was great, and my problem was resolved

The experience was great, and my problem was resolved quickly. Darrel has been great I got water in my diesel fuel, and he has help resolving issues that have occurred since with patience and understanding. Thanks

I went to the dealership several times for a leaky tire.

I went to the dealership several times for a leaky tire. Like in the past, stuff had been taken out if my glovebox and not replaced. My glovebox is where I keep my tire key. Although tires were balanced, 1 kept coming in low. I tried to put air in it at several different gas stations and kept thinking the air was broken because it kept saying a different reading. I finally realized they did not program the gauge correctly. It wasn’t my front tire, it was my rear tire. I had to drive to Atlanta with unbalanced tires and everytime I went at a high speed, my suv shook. THEN IT GOT WORSE I have since been back to the shop 2 or 3 times. I purchased 2 brand new tires. I ended up with tire pressure low every morning even AFTER purchasing the tires and finally was told yesterday that my rim is cracked. This is ridiculous and dangerous. I have had to stop in places with bullet proof glass to put air in my tire and in cities that I’m unfamiliar with because GMC could not accurately tell me the problem. Do you know how much I have spent putting air in my tire and driving from gas station to gas station AND driving to the dealership! Do you know how dangerous it is to drive up and down mountains with unbalanced tires (one tire at 10 or 39 😡). After all of this, they didn’t even have the decency to offer me a free oil change! I wish there was another GMC dealership because I don’t with this on my worst enemy!

DONT BUY BUICK- WORST EXPERIENCE

Absolutely the worst experience!!!! I bought a 2024 Brand new Encore, I haven't made my first payment and its been in for service. The car has a bad vibration. and I'm pretty sure they will not fix it. If you are shopping for a new Encore, I suggest when you test drive it, park on some kind of hill facing downhill and it has a bad shake. When you put it in park the car starts to shake terribly. The service department sucks!!!! Darryl on an everyday basis says he will call me back to give me an update, He has never called me back. The car has been in for about a week now and they won't give me a loaner. This has been the worst car buying experience ever! The Encore sucks as a car, I suggest anything else but not the 2024 encore.

Ms. Payne, we are so sorry to hear about your experience with the Encore. My understanding is that Josh Baugh, our service manager, has been in communication with you in regards to this vehicle while in our shop and discussed your concerns with it. Sadly, your vehicle wasn’t equipped with the adaptive cruise control feature and the other concern was considered a normal characteristic of the Buick Encore model. We compared it to other 2024 Encores on our lot and they exhibited the same results. We can look at options to trade you into another vehicle if you’d like. Please reach out.

Even allowed me to hit up a Starbucks to get a much needed caffeine fix. The service dept was really nice as well and diligent in trying to identify the sound I was failing to explain properly. Excellent service

The Integrity Cadillac service department is excellent! Hugh is always willing to go above and beyond to make the customer feel welcome. He is very professional and it’s always great to see him when I bring my car in for service.
