Integrity Buick GMC Cadillac’s service department is the worst experience I have ever encountered with any dealership. I scheduled an appointment to drop off my GMC 2500 AT4 Diesel on July 9 to check a shuddering feeling and while on the way to drop off a Service Emissions code appeared. I explained it all to service advisor E…. and he said they would check it out and let me know. I never heard anything and tried calling him twice on July 17 and finally received a call back at 4:34 PM saying he was sorry for not calling me with update but said they would definitely check it out on Saturday the 18th and call me which they did not. I went to service department on the July 23, spoke with E…. and was told the tech has it in his bay but has not worked on it yet but will diagnose and he would let me know on 24 or 25th. Tried calling 24th he was not available and did not receive a call back. Called on 25th, spoke to C…. and he apologized and said he would have E…. or service manager call me on Monday. E…. called 10:43 am on Monday 27th and said the tech determined it was a faulty fuel rail sensor, quoted the price and I told him to proceed with repair. He said it should be ready in a couple days. Called him on 7/31 to get update and he said they were 100% sure it would be ready on Monday 7/31. Called on 8/5 to see if I could pick it up and he said they had not diagnosed it yet. I said you told me it was the fuel rail sensor, he said tech is driving it to try and clear code and will let me know what the problem is. I did not hear anything back called yet again on 8/6 for update and received call back 3-hrs later 3:36PM and said it was the fuel rail sensor and they were 100% sure it would be ready Monday 8/10. I said you told me that last time and he apologized and said they were extremely busy but it would be ready. Well, 8/10 business hours are now over and he did not return my call nor did the service manager who was busy when I left him a message at 1:40PM. They have had my truck for 32-days for a simple 2-3 hour repair, will not communicate or give honest information. INTEGRITY may apply to the sales team but it sure does not remotely resemble the service department. I will update or add a new comments if I can ever get my truck back and when I do it will be the last time I step foot on their property. Just giving anyone reading reviews of Integrity Buick GMC an honest and detailed explanation of what to expect if you decide to go there.

My truck broke down while on a trip in TN. I brought it to Integrity Cadillac on a Saturday and the only person I talked to was Caleb Anderson. He took his time to answer all my questions and take care of me and my truck to the best of his ability. Turns out the Engine needed to be replaced and I had to get a rental to get home to FL. I was without the Escalade for about 4 weeks in which Caleb kept me well informed and updated on the status of my truck. When the repairs were complete, they shipped my truck back to me in FL. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Caleb and GM/Cadillac in resolving my issue with my truck. Thank you!!!

The service performed seriously compromised my safety, that of my daughter and granddaughter. Thank God there was no suit when driving with a tire with loose nuts and another poorly tightened the nuts, a situation of this magnitude requires immediate attention and accountability. Dear clients, think that I can share this unpleasant experience, but you or a loved one does not have it. This is serious.

If I could I would give this location a half a star I would. I had them replace my transmission over 6 months ago. Still to this day I am lucky when I get my car back to drive it more than a day without having to bring it back to their shop for them to replace either the turbo or transmission wiring harness which all relates back to poor transmission installment. It almost feels like they're using high pressure techniques to get me to buy a newer vehicle. There is no integrity at this shop!!

Bought car on 8/2/2025, left at approximately 1:30. I was not home yet-I sent a text to the salesperson named Noble at 3:45pm on Saturday letting him know the check engine light came on. He does not know why. 8/5 Tuesday-Light on at approximately 11pm. I called again, told by Noble to bring it there-over 100 miles away with no guarantee that they can look at it right away. 8/5 I called and said I wanted to bring it Saturday-told by service other people are already booked up. They are getting oil changes...I have a code 0299 check engine (according to Autozone) Engine Undercharge on a brand new car. I told the clerk I need to talk to the service manager. This should take precedence over an oil change. 8/13/2025-One week later-no call from Service Manager or Manager. Sent text to Sales person asking who to elevate this to?

I bought a used ford edge from them just a few weeks ago. The salesman I had, Desmond Law, was amazing, but ever since I went into the finance office it has been horrible. At first they tell me that a warranty will add $130 to my monthly payment. After getting that figured out I called to get the windshield wipers fixed because they were working and they told me that i needed a water pump which has nothing to do with windshield wipers. They asked me to bring it in again and told me no way anyone said that and looked at it again. They then told me that since it was a ford it would take longer to get parts but they could definitely fix it and to bring it in next week. After I wasted a trip there they told me since it was a ford they couldn't do any main line maintenance on it and that I would need to take it to a ford dealership. Overall they tried to screw me over with the warranty on a car they can't even work on. Don't recommend Integrity GMC to anyone

I purchased a 2024 Escalade 2/21/2025. Gary Newman added a charge of $1285 for Zurich without my knowledge. He processed all forms on a tablet and it was not user friend for the customer. I called Gary Newman on 2/24/2025 and he canceled it said I would receive a refund in 4-6 weeks. Zurich sent Integrity their refund the 1st week of April. I have talked with Bailey Morgan and call bailey many times but he does not call me back. I also sent Brent Morgan an email with a letter attached, no response. You could not ask for better service from Bridgett Sanders in sales. I would give her 5 stars. I also had a issues the infotainment screen which quit working after 2 days. I took it to another Cadillac dealer who repaired it.. If you purchase a vehicle I would recommend you get a Out The Door price before purchasing. as they add other taxes besides the 7% sales tax. They also try to get you to take other services you do not need.

I’m very unhappy and disappointed with integrity Buick GMC. Specifically salesman, Daniel. He was not honest about getting a credit score. I specifically asked if it would be on my credit report and he said no, but I have 4 hard inquiries now. Also I had not even looked at the vehicle because it was being serviced. This is not acceptable!!!!!

Dealer response

Ms. Carter, we apologize about the misunderstanding. Based on our records, we show that numbers were agreed upon and we were trying to secure financing for you on the vehicle you wanted. Banks must access credit for an official approval. If you have any more questions, please contact one of sales managers.

Consumer response

There was no vehicle I wanted, there was one that I may have considered but it was being serviced so I wasn’t even able to look at it. I will call a sales manager with my concerns.

After finalizing the lease for a 2025 Lyriq with the Finance Manager, I was escorted to the vehicle by the salesman, only to be informed that the driver's door was malfunctioning and required repairs—an issue that was never disclosed prior to signing the agreement. I was able to drive the car for only two days before it was taken in for service, where it has now remained for eight consecutive days without a resolution. The dealership has been unable to determine how to fix the problem, leaving me feeling misled and deceived by the entire process. Integrity is anything but.

On Saturday, March 15; I was on my way from NC (where I live) to Chattanooga, TN for some time away. Twice during the trip, I felt a lot of shaking. When I got to the town of Cleveland, TN – the shaking was so bad and I could smell something inside the vehicle, so I stopped. The smell of brake dust immediately hit me in the face when I exited the vehicle. I discovered that it was the right front tire, I placed the back of my hand on the wheel – it was very hot to the touch. I called AAA to get the vehicle to a dealer in Chattanooga, TN – Integrity Cadillac is what came up in a Google search to dealers. Saturday evening and all day Sunday, it was parked in a lot across the street from the dealer as they keep their gates locked up after-hours. On Monday morning, I gave them the keys and the vehicle and reported what I observed during my journey on Saturday. By Monday afternoon, they called and said it was ready for pick-up. They claim they found “nothing wrong” and charged me $229.00 for diagnostics. The service advisor said that it was taken on a “long” test drive. In reality, it was 6.4 miles based on the trip odometer, which is not a long drive in my opinion. Although I disagreed with their assessment, I picked-up my vehicle and drove it home. It had similar issues on the return trip, but without as much heat on the wheel. When I returned to NC, the next day, I took it to my local dealer, the technician drove it and immediately knew there were issues. He heard a bearing making noise and discovered that the brake pads on the right front wheel were cracked and that it need calipers and rotors. The dealer in Chattanooga sent me down the road to make a 300 mile trip on a vehicle that potentially wasn’t safe to drive since it had a compromised braking system. I tried to speak with the General Manager, but the dealer's receptionist said that he was out of town and that I should contact GM directly. In addition to contacting GM, I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint. Integrity's response to both GM & the BBB were similiar: While we understand the customer's concern and frustration, our method of operation traditionally has been to only repair mechanical issues that we can duplicate rather than assume the vehicle needs certain repairs. Our repair order details that we road tested the vehicle and inspected the condition of the braking system while it was in our posession. No codes were present in the modules. We noted heat spots/cracking on the brake pads but the pad thickness was still within GM specs for safety and pad life. The brake fluid looked clean and passed inspection as well. No evidence of burnt fluid. We charged the customer 1 hour for diagnostic time and let them continue their trip. In my honest opinion - they never removed the tire to properly examine the brakes. Check Engine lights do not report brake issues, a simple Google search reveals that, even to the uneducated driver. Furthermore, there are locking lug nuts on my vehicle. The dealer never called to ask me where the key was hidden and nothing was out of place from its hiding place, which validates my opinion on the lack of tire removal. If you choose to use this dealer, I respect your decision. From my own personal experience and in my opinion - I would not trust this dealer to work on anything I own. I don't not recommend them to anyone. Good luck
