I bought a used ford edge from them just a few weeks ago. The salesman I had, Desmond Law, was amazing, but ever since I went into the finance office it has been horrible. At first they tell me that a warranty will add $130 to my monthly payment. After getting that figured out I called to get the windshield wipers fixed because they were working and they told me that i needed a water pump which has nothing to do with windshield wipers. They asked me to bring it in again and told me no way anyone said that and looked at it again. They then told me that since it was a ford it would take longer to get parts but they could definitely fix it and to bring it in next week. After I wasted a trip there they told me since it was a ford they couldn't do any main line maintenance on it and that I would need to take it to a ford dealership. Overall they tried to screw me over with the warranty on a car they can't even work on. Don't recommend Integrity GMC to anyone

I purchased a 2024 Escalade 2/21/2025.
I purchased a 2024 Escalade 2/21/2025. Gary Newman added a charge of $1285 for Zurich without my knowledge. He processed all forms on a tablet and it was not user friend for the customer. I called Gary Newman on 2/24/2025 and he canceled it said I would receive a refund in 4-6 weeks. Zurich sent Integrity their refund the 1st week of April. I have talked with Bailey Morgan and call bailey many times but he does not call me back. I also sent Brent Morgan an email with a letter attached, no response. You could not ask for better service from Bridgett Sanders in sales. I would give her 5 stars. I also had a issues the infotainment screen which quit working after 2 days. I took it to another Cadillac dealer who repaired it.. If you purchase a vehicle I would recommend you get a Out The Door price before purchasing. as they add other taxes besides the 7% sales tax. They also try to get you to take other services you do not need.

I’m very unhappy and disappointed with integrity Buick
I’m very unhappy and disappointed with integrity Buick GMC. Specifically salesman, Daniel. He was not honest about getting a credit score. I specifically asked if it would be on my credit report and he said no, but I have 4 hard inquiries now. Also I had not even looked at the vehicle because it was being serviced. This is not acceptable!!!!!

Ms. Carter, we apologize about the misunderstanding. Based on our records, we show that numbers were agreed upon and we were trying to secure financing for you on the vehicle you wanted. Banks must access credit for an official approval. If you have any more questions, please contact one of sales managers.
There was no vehicle I wanted, there was one that I may have considered but it was being serviced so I wasn’t even able to look at it. I will call a sales manager with my concerns.

After finalizing the lease for a 2025 Lyriq with the Finance Manager, I was escorted to the vehicle by the salesman, only to be informed that the driver's door was malfunctioning and required repairs—an issue that was never disclosed prior to signing the agreement. I was able to drive the car for only two days before it was taken in for service, where it has now remained for eight consecutive days without a resolution. The dealership has been unable to determine how to fix the problem, leaving me feeling misled and deceived by the entire process. Integrity is anything but.

On Saturday, March 15; I was on my way from NC (where I live) to Chattanooga, TN for some time away. Twice during the trip, I felt a lot of shaking. When I got to the town of Cleveland, TN – the shaking was so bad and I could smell something inside the vehicle, so I stopped. The smell of brake dust immediately hit me in the face when I exited the vehicle. I discovered that it was the right front tire, I placed the back of my hand on the wheel – it was very hot to the touch. I called AAA to get the vehicle to a dealer in Chattanooga, TN – Integrity Cadillac is what came up in a Google search to dealers. Saturday evening and all day Sunday, it was parked in a lot across the street from the dealer as they keep their gates locked up after-hours. On Monday morning, I gave them the keys and the vehicle and reported what I observed during my journey on Saturday. By Monday afternoon, they called and said it was ready for pick-up. They claim they found “nothing wrong” and charged me $229.00 for diagnostics. The service advisor said that it was taken on a “long” test drive. In reality, it was 6.4 miles based on the trip odometer, which is not a long drive in my opinion. Although I disagreed with their assessment, I picked-up my vehicle and drove it home. It had similar issues on the return trip, but without as much heat on the wheel. When I returned to NC, the next day, I took it to my local dealer, the technician drove it and immediately knew there were issues. He heard a bearing making noise and discovered that the brake pads on the right front wheel were cracked and that it need calipers and rotors. The dealer in Chattanooga sent me down the road to make a 300 mile trip on a vehicle that potentially wasn’t safe to drive since it had a compromised braking system. I tried to speak with the General Manager, but the dealer's receptionist said that he was out of town and that I should contact GM directly. In addition to contacting GM, I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint. Integrity's response to both GM & the BBB were similiar: While we understand the customer's concern and frustration, our method of operation traditionally has been to only repair mechanical issues that we can duplicate rather than assume the vehicle needs certain repairs. Our repair order details that we road tested the vehicle and inspected the condition of the braking system while it was in our posession. No codes were present in the modules. We noted heat spots/cracking on the brake pads but the pad thickness was still within GM specs for safety and pad life. The brake fluid looked clean and passed inspection as well. No evidence of burnt fluid. We charged the customer 1 hour for diagnostic time and let them continue their trip. In my honest opinion - they never removed the tire to properly examine the brakes. Check Engine lights do not report brake issues, a simple Google search reveals that, even to the uneducated driver. Furthermore, there are locking lug nuts on my vehicle. The dealer never called to ask me where the key was hidden and nothing was out of place from its hiding place, which validates my opinion on the lack of tire removal. If you choose to use this dealer, I respect your decision. From my own personal experience and in my opinion - I would not trust this dealer to work on anything I own. I don't not recommend them to anyone. Good luck

We bought our first Buick from Jacob Stanley 5 years ago
We bought our first Buick from Jacob Stanley 5 years ago and yesterday we bought our second! He’s now the Sales Manager but he took great care of us and had Jason facilitate our sale. This time we drove all the way from Atlanta to buy our car! They offer the best deal and a straight forward “no xx” car buying experience. If you ask for an out-the-door price, they’ll give it to you. No “come in and we’ll talk.” Which is SO appreciated. Buying a car can be such a frustrating, time consuming, stressful thing but not with Integrity. It’s all in the name. They do honest, good business — Which is hard to find in the car world! We’ll be back!!

The process was quick and painless.
The process was quick and painless. By that I mean there was no pressure nor stress. No pushy sales rep begging for a commission. I called the day before inquiring about a White Buick Envista that I had seen online. I was told by Charlie Calabro that it was definitely in stock, we discussed pricing of said vehicle and we set an appointment for the following day as I had to travel from another state. Charlie assured me that he would have the car out front waiting for me to test drive it. When I arrived the next day it was indeed already waiting, which tailored the experience specifically to me. Him keeping his word was most important I appreciated this small gesture a lot. I took it for a test drive and quickly made up my mind to make the purchase with the exception of a different color because white just didn’t give me the WOW factor. I didn’t need much convincing I was very intentional about this purchase. I had my eye on a specific vehicle for an allotted time and had done all my research. We sat down to begin paperwork and Charlie asked to have my car washed, detailed and gas topped off. Charlie was very easy to work with, talk to, and was very attentive with the help of Tyler Ridley whom was also great to work with. There was not one person that I encountered in the building whom didn’t speak, spark a conversation or extend an congratulations. 10’s across the board Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, Facility Cleanliness, etc..

Today I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this
Today I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and found a great salesman (Charlie). He was super friendly and ready to get the deal started and completed - I already had all financing arranged and everything was good until they attempted to low ball the offer on my trade and would not negotiate at all on the price of a vehicle that had been on their lot for over 145 days. The sales manager thought he was too important to even introduce himself, he just marched over and started telling me that he wouldn't do anything else to get the deal done...I thought they were in the business to sell cars, unfortunately he isn't. The salesman had to tell me the sales manager's name (Jake or Jacob) - he was one of the most arrogant and unprofessional people that I have ever met. How could a company this large have someone so unprofessional in management? I will buy from someone down the road who wants to do business - I have never been more dissatisfied with the service that I received at a dealership. Having management like this is probably why cars are sitting for as long as they are at this lot.

Thank you for your compliments of Charlie. Integrity Automotive Group is thankful for thousands of satisfied customers. We were unable to meet your terms but that is not a negative reflection on Charlie or Jacob, it only reflects we had different view of valuation of the vehicle. Our vehicle was already priced thousands of dollars behind market value and unfortunately the finance institutions could not meet the approval that you wanted. Therefore, your payment was higher than your budget. Since no deal was made, the dealership has done nothing wrong and there is no corrective action we should take. We do have multiple less expensive vehicles you can explore.
Had my car serviced and found out my car was put back
Had my car serviced and found out my car was put back together with damaged and missing parts. Service manager Josh didn’t help with the issue saying that his technician wouldn’t have done that . GM Jesse Morgan called with the same thing siding with the technician. The technician said my car was already messed up when I brought. Liar!! Nothing got done and they wasn’t going to address my concerns. No professionalism at all. Not again!

At Integrity Cadillac, we always attempt to do the right thing and find solutions to our customer’s concerns but it appears we weren’t able to find common ground in this instance. If there is anything we can do for you in the future, then please reach out. We will be here to help in any way we can.
That will not be an issue anymore because I will not be acquiring your services anymore. Integrity needs to step their game up.
