The owner is rude to everyone I saw him kick people out very rudely. If you don't buy a car right away they treat you horrible. I will never give him my business.

Week after we bought our vehicle started having trouble with it and no one seems to care. Owner keeps shutting us off sending us to talk to mechanic. Mechanic keeps saying he can only fix what owner allows him and approves of even though vehicle is still under warranty. Don't think they know the meaning of WARRANTY because they do not honor it. Do not spend your money or time here PLEASE!! They will only give you all attention and act all friendly and nice on the day of your purchase trust me you will REGRET if you buy from them.

I recently purchased a car from Autos Felix in Garland Texas off 635. The OWNER of the location was extremely rude and abrupt. I tried explaining what I found wrong with my car and he consistently interrupted me and insisted there was nothing wrong. I then asked for a letter from him stating that he acknowledged my report of such problem on the vehicle he sold me just a month ago. He then continued to speak to me as if I was ignorant. He raised his voice and did so in front of his employees. This caused a lot of stress and do not believe that a men who owns this facility should be talking to his clients in this manner. I would NOT EVER recommend anyone to purchase cars from this location.

I wouldn't recommend this dealer to nobody they treat you real nice at the beginning but after that vehicle leaves theire lot it's a whole different story. When you have trouble with your vehicle and go and tell them about to fix it while it's In warranty they become RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. They turn like that when it comes to service warranty or issues. Theyy don't have any customer service ethics.... All their vehicles are overpriced

They rob you for your money they are the rude and disrespecful.
