My wife and I are very interested in the new Telluride. We were working with the online team emailing a few times back and forth to make sure they had... a SX version with the prestige package. They set up a test drive with the sales manager. We even emailed late in the afternoon on the day before to make sure they still had the vehicle in stock since we are driving an hour and it’s in high demand. They confirmed they did and “were excited to show it to us” the next afternoon. Got to the dealership and a sales associate greeted us promptly and said the sales manager would be right with us. After a few minutes she returned and stated she would be taking over because the car was sold the morning of the day before (which was before our email to make sure it was still there) so the manager gave us to her. She apologized for the inconvenience and had us test drive a base model to get a feel for it. They had a model closer to what we were looking for but she couldn’t get to it due to construction of the parking lot. We also asked about a trade in value on our Acadia which we were told with over 100k miles probably $500 dollars since it’s a “parts car at that point” but wouldn’t appraise it since the value could change by the time they get one in. We drove to a Honda dealership and test drove the Pilot elite and were told the Acadia was worth $3800-$4000. I honestly think the sales associate did a good job with what she was given. The sales manager not even coming out to apologize for the inconvenience on an obvious bait and switch situation is down right poor service. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt until I read 2 other reviews of the same thing happening. Needless to say, I will not be back. I still plan on ordering a Telluride SX with the prestige package when they get re-released in the fall (due to a backorder in parts), but not from this dealership.
This was my second visit for service as the dealership is close to my work. The staff were friendly and efficient. The service I needed was completed... quickly. Bottom line, they have my trust and deserve a 5 star rating in all aspects.
Sales force was very friendly and knowledgeable. Month end special deals lead to a fantastic lease payment. Total purchase process was short and sweet.... Their large selection of vehicles made it hard to choose just one. First time Kia buyer but I shall return.
I can tell that Feldman Kia is trying to please customers. My 2016 Sorento is the best car I've ever had (including my previous 2014 model) and I can't... wait for the end of my lease to get into the 2019 Sorento. I find that not only is the styling and design convenient, it's easy to drive and park, but the seats are the most comfortable for both me and my wife. Kia's quality seems to be absolutely perfect for "fit and finish". - J.G.
KIA is alittle out of my way, but the service I got and the time so little it took to get a oil and filter change. the staff (jean) is great and she... keep posted on the progress. Jean is sure a credit to KIA. She would be the reason I would drive the extra miles plus your sales staff. The You H. Restum
Very nice and professional staff. Waited under and hour for a recall repair and they checked everything out with a 300+ point safety inspection at no charge... and I was very pleased with the results
Service manager Matt was friendly and helped explain what was going on & had us in and out in 90 minutes. Very friendly staff. Would recommend them to... anyone
It is never happy when faced with repairs on a vehicle (even maintenance) but Jean Price made it an easy process and explained what was needed, gave options... and left me feeling that good decisions were made.
They did an awesome job of fixing my kia right the first time and washed my car before I picked it up would recommend them to anyone
