From its start as a small shop located in historic downtown Norman the family business has grown to a five-store operation across Oklahoma and Colorado that employs over 400 people. New car and remote didn't work. After three weeks of waiting on a part I called the service area and was then and only then advised it was in made an an appointment and then waited 8 hours for it to be repaired. Pretty bad experience overall.

Sales was customer oriented but could be a little more knowledgeable about the cars they are selling. Also, the PPF package I purchased is having issues. I took it back 3 times to have the door edges redone and still they are peeling off. Service lead was also customer oriented but I question the capability of the technicians. Example when I got my car initially, the car had a slight rattle when taking it home. I opened the hood and the air cleaner cover clips were not fastened and the battery terminal covers were open. Not the service department issue but they had my car for 7 weeks just sitting there waiting VW engineering to come up with a fix for the e-call software. Finally, I just asked for my car back and when they come up with a software fix, I can take it back in for them to load the updated software.

Brought in because the hood latch cable was faulty and broke and an oil change. Picked up the car to find the hood latch handle in the floorboard. Cliff took it back and the tech put it back on. I open the door and it's in the floorboard, again. Cliff takes it back and has a new handle installed. I leave, get to Moore, Ok and notice I still have the old oils change sticker. Cliff said bring it back for the sticker. I said no! Tell your people to get their xxxx together. Mail me the sticker please. I can't trust the old change was even done at this point.
