Not a bad experience
Went with the intention of buying a Corvette they advertised. It did not suit me so I did not buy it. However, I would consider going back to them in the future since the staff was good to work with and not pushy.

Updated--would not buy another car from Autosports
Contrary to any earlier reviews I posted on my recent car purchase at Autosports in Casselberry, FL, it has been a costly transaction and the dealership has accepted no responsibility for the problems discovered following the purchase. I found what I thought was a great deal on a blue 2011 BMW 335is with relatively low mileage. After calls on the phone, additional photos and a phone discussion with a BMW dealer who had recently serviced the car, I negotiated what I thought was a good price on it. Once we came to agreement, I bought my airline ticket and left for Florida. Chris Liseo was great on the phone with follow ups and sending me the additional information I requested. He also arranged for pickup at the airport and transportation to the dealership. I looked the car over and took it for a test drive. Everything ?appeared? to be in order so we concluded the deal. I headed home. Once I got home and registered the car, I made an appointment at my local BMW dealer to make sure all service was up to date and to answer some questions about the car and BMW services. It was a very unpleasant surprise to hear that the car required over $2000 in repairs and replacement parts! It seems that I had not noticed that the two right-hand tires were bald (<1.5 mm) and would require replacing before the dealership could perform an alignment while the left tires were practically new. They also informed me that the protective shields on the underside of the chassis were missing or damaged. Clips and everything were gone on the missing shields. I contacted Chris with the invoice letting him know that I was not happy that they had not disclosed the damage, the missing parts or the wear on the tires when I picked up the car. His response was that my local BMW dealer was charging too much and implied that I must have driven the car strangely wearing the tread on the right side of the car. I also contacted the Florida dealer that had serviced the car. According to the BMW dealer, everything was ok on the car when they had serviced it and the tires were not in need of replacement. Chris, Anthony or Autosports has not yet told me what happened between that service visit and my purchase. I offered to settle for reimbursement of half of the cost or $1000 but they have not made good on their advertised claim of good customer service. Like other buyers have written, beware of this dealership. They sell some expensive cars that might cost you more than you expect in the long run. You probably should stick with an honest dealership that cares about their customers and the products they sell. I?m glad I made it home without an accident caused by the bald tires or we would be discussing this in court.

Trusted Service
I'm in San Diego and reluctant to buy a car out of state. After several phone calls to Auto Sports speaking with Joseph and another time with Sid, I felt very comfortable dealing with them. Comfort level is very important dealing with cars out of state. I highly recommend this dealership for it's honesty, integrity and experience dealing with out of state clients.

Great place to by a special car
Buying my 2011 BMW 335is was definitely a easy and low-pressure experience. Chris was great and answering questions (and I had a lot) and getting information to me. He always followed up to see if I needed anything else. When I arrived from out-of-state, they picked me up at the airport and the whole staff was friendly and helpful. I got a great car that I thoroughly enjoyed driving home and at a good price. I would definitely recommend Autosports to anyone looking for a quality car.

Our new Acura.
Just drove down from Atlanta to pick up a car. The Vehicle was as described and they gave me a full tank of gas to get back home. I will be looking for a new work truck in a few months and they said they could help me locate one so I will be in contact with them later in the year. I would say this dealer is reputable.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I found a vehicle on Autotrader.com for this dealership and was extremely interested. I sent an initial email and within an hour a salesman named Chris called and left me a message that the car was available. After calling 3 times the same day and asking to speak to him, I was told he would call me back. The next morning I called again and I was "passed off" to another salesman named Joseph. Joseph apologized profusely for the actions of his college and told me that Chris was a very busy man.. Honestly, this didn't bother me to much as I understood ( or so I thought) However, after 2 more days of calling Joseph to get an update on the vehicle I was trying to purchase and no return calls, I sent a "not so nice" email to the generic email database of the dealership... Well, It honestly gets worse from here.. Tony ( apparently he is some kind of manager ) sent me a reply apologizing. I again, shook it off to the dealership being so busy (as they kept trying to make me believe) Tony requested my bank statements, my mortgage info and a copy of my paycheck which I happily supplied. However, when I went to fax it to his requested number, the fax would never connect. I promptly emailed it to him in hopes that I could pick up my car the next day. The next morning I called him.. and of course he wasn't available!.. after 4 or 5 calls , It even got to the point that the receptionist knew me by voice and profusely ( even stating my name when I called) All she could say over and over was "He's in a meeting" I guess that Tony got tired of me calling in the end and called me eventually to let me know "were extremely sorry, but the car you were interested in was sold a few days ago. However, we have a nice inventory, why don't you pick something from that?" My jaw dropped! How do you tell me as a consumer to pick something else?!! I'm no rocket scientist (however I am a business owner) but yet I know that this is not the way you treat customers. If the dealership sold the vehicle I was interested in, then at least someone could have told me instead of avoiding my phone calls for days and then try to pass me off to their other inventory. I don't feel its very professional on any level! After receiving the phone call from Tony and doing some research, I found that they have an "F" rating on the better business bureau website for the same actions in which they treated me in. Thankfully I found a dealership another dealership that was able to get me in a better vehicle for a price less than theirs.. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE! DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS BUSINESS! Obviously this problem is an ongoing occurrence.. And to Chris, Tony and Joseph.. thank you for your unprofessionalism.. I saved several thousands dollars by going to someone else!

Happy Soccer Mom Van Buyer! Lifelong Customer.
They have everything there; I brought my kids with me and they where entertained with the waiting room area, snacks and complimentary waters. They do more than just the selling cars side, they had a mechanical and body shop also. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, they gave me a great amount on my van that I traded in. I don't have that great of credit and they got me approved. The sales people aren't pushy or harassing. My family and I will be a life long customer! I highly recommend this company.
