I recently bought a car but when asked over the phone they said there was no damages and on the website it shows no damage and made sure not to show but there were large paint chips missing on several parts on the car, all four wheels had curb rash, damage to the A/C Condesor under the car, the corner of the hood was bent which should have never been taken off but for unknown reasons was,large scratches on the leather seats, the driver's side door was a darker color from where they had it repaint after an accident and the brake rotors had scaring on them and needs the brake pads. I purchased this car without seeing it because i was stationed overseas and wasn't able to come see it in person only got news on the cars condition after my dad picked it up and inspected it. I have the pictures of when they posted the ad and reality so they cant lie.

Found a car I was interested in at this lot. Kelley Blue Book value was around $5K. Dealership wanted over $7K for it. I went to check it out in person, in hopes the price was negotiable (since I was paying cash). Car had more cosmetic damage than I had expected, and the A/C seemed to be struggling to stay cold. I pointed out the issues to the salesman, and told him I'd be willing to pay $5K cash for it (which is still more than the car is probably worth). He told me that was low, but asked me to come inside to see if we could work something out. He pulled the old "I have to go check with my manager" routine, and came back and said the lowest they could go was $6800. I told him "no, thanks" and walked. I get the feeling they price their cars high, to take advantage of buyers with bad credit. I have no problem going somewhere else to buy a car. Forget them!

Looked a vehicle, had issues they didn't disclose that were easy to visually spot. Was not happy to have wasted my time.

After finding the car that I was looking for on the internet, I called Uptown Imports and spoke with Angelo. He was very friendly and informative about the vehicle. Being 2.5 hours away I negotiated over the phone. When I came to the dealership I found the vehicle as described and clean. There was one minor part missing on the vehicle (rear window washer nozzle) and I asked that the dealership would include this in the sale. I did buy the vehicle and am well pleased. Also, the washer nozzle was delivered to my house via USPS as promised. I highly recommend this dealership and Angelo as a salesperson.

Uptown Imports was the best dealership I've ever been to and i am 65 years old Angelo was absolutely outstanding with his service and attention to detail there was no pressure the car was exactly as they stated I am very pleased they pick me up at the airport and return me to the airport after the purchase absolutely wonderful wonderful experience they have gained my trust and my confidence next time I make a purchase I won't even go to the dealership I'll just pay for it and have them ship it to me Uptown Imports mr. Oscar and Mr Angela trustworthy down to earth honest competent I can't say enough good things about these men in my experience after traveling over a thousand miles to get to their dealership
