I called in and asked for them to watch for a truck for

I called in and asked for them to watch for a truck for me and within a month it was at the dealership. Payden was great to work with and all the paperwork was quick and easy.

Very poor service!

Very poor service! I bought a nearly $70,000 truck from them, inadvertently left the plug in gps unit in my trade vehicle and they wouldn’t unplug it and send it to me unless I paid them $130. In addition to that, it took more than a month to get the paperwork for the truck so I could put it in service. I made the first payment on the truck before I could even use it.

Could not have asked for a better buying experienc

Being a first time buyer from a dealership I could not have been more satisfied with their sales associate josh. I had a goal and he helped me meet my needs for a new truck. I could not be happier with the quality of customer service and patience given to me as a first time buyer. They have gained a life long customer!

I was up front and honest about how much i could afford

I was up front and honest about how much i could afford to spend for a vehicle. i had looked online ahead of time and made an appointment to test drive one. The salesman was honest with me about newly discovered issues with that vehicle and began a search of their inventory to find one within my budget. David Tice, the salesman asked good questions and did not try to upsell for a vehicle that would push beyond my budget. I am very happy with what he found for me. He also continues to touch base to ensure i am not having any issues.

I have had the worst experience in trading for a truck .

I have had the worst experience in trading for a truck . Then traded and got the biggest lemon ever..I guess they don't test drive or have someone check there used vehicles that they trade for.been out $1600 dollars then had to put it back in shop the next day for same problem. Now have a engine light on and heater not working..

Stole my 500.00 dposit

Pushy and agressive tactics are used, they won't give you your deposit back. They should have no problem giving back deposits when people change their mind, I would rather make a 500 dollar mistake than a 50k mistake.
