    John & John & Rod went well above and beyond their legal, ethical, and moral obligations to solve an issue we had AFTER the sale & delivery. We love our new edge and can't say enough about how they stepped up to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and exactly what we needed. Hats off to you gentlemen!

    Our 2013 was in for warranty repair. The part that should be in stock according to service advisor was not. Had vehicle six days instead of one. Returned home on 6th day with vehicle. Oil still leaking on floor. Returned vehicle yet another day to find out tech did not clean fluid and sludge off the work. No apology for a huge inconvenience. What's more, while on their lot a tail light was broken and although service manager admitted it could have happened, he took no responsibility to make it right with a customer of 25 years. Such stereotypical behavior of the dealership.

    I was having fluid leaking and performance issues with my vehicle, and I took my vehicle to the Friendly Ford dealership in the evening reluctantly because I usually don't get repairs at dealerships. I pulled┬┐ it in and Thomas Taylor in the service department took care of me, and he also called me the next day informing me of the repairs needed and the price which I thought was more than fair for the work and parts required. Tom called a few hours later and my vehicle was done! I'm very happy about my vehicle getting repaired and the exceptional service i received. I have faith in dealerships again.
