My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday (it was raining) to look at the 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 HD Pro that was listed on CarGuru. This was an unplanned stop, so imagine my suprise to see a salesman standing the the very truck I came to see while toting an umbrella in the rain. Avery Singleton was very attentive to what I was looking for, and he never once made my spouse or I feel like we were being pressured to buy. To sum it up, we ended up purchasing the truck and am very pleased with the way it was handled. The whole atmosphere seemed very relaxed and all the employees interacted well with each other. I have been aware of Corwin Ford for years, but never stopped by. I am glad I did this time. Thanks Avery for a very pleasant experience in buying a vehicle.

After losing my beloved previous vehicle to hail damage, I was nervous about finding a replacement vehicle. I’ve been a longtime Honda driver, but decided to look at smaller SUVs and ended up finding a wonderful 2025 Chevy Trax. Joe was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the process. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and truly kind — even while helping us work through lots of questions and decisions. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and positive. I never felt pressured, and I truly appreciated how respectful he was the entire time. I’m so happy with my new Trax and very thankful for the experience at the dealership. Highly recommend asking for Joe!

This review is for Rich H My wife and I were very impressed with Rich. He stayed late to accomodate my work schedule. He had the car ready when we arrived. He took a video of the car and sent to me while I was still working to show me the inside and outside of the car and even pointed out a scratch on the vehicle during the video. That to me is class as he is willing to open and honest on the condition - I advised how I wanted to finance the car and he sent me a text with my options for me to choose - We had to wait for about 15 minutes for the finance folks to be ready - not bad for a dealership - total time at the dealership about an hour - when I need another vehicle I will reach out to Rich first Thank you for the superior service

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Corwin, and it was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Our salesman, Rich, was especially helpful. I had called before coming in, and he was very responsive in providing information by text. We also left the vehicle for a day for detailing, and Rich made sure everything was done well—even doing some of the work himself. Steve and Chris came out to the vehicle to adjust the settings on the auto liftgate when it was not working, and they had it fixed within minutes. Morgan helped us with financing and was very informative, answering all of our questions thoroughly. It had been a few years since we last purchased a vehicle, so this was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

I needed to replace my vehicle due to the recent hail storm. Paul Rich was polite, asked what we were looking for and answered all our questions. He wasn't pushy and was genuine in helping in the process of the purchase of our vehicle. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Corwin and in the future will be returning customers. Paul made this stressful situation feel less stressful. Thank you Paul.
