Bought my Evo Here Wooop Woop

I Bought my Mitsubishi Evolution Here With RPM. BOb the finance manager helped me with everything . I found The car online on a website , called , bobby answered told me all about the car , showed up to see the car I was expecting, over all a great experience ! go here if you want a legit car they have a lot of rare cars !

best car buying experience i ever had!!

I have been trying to buy a car for over a year!! Ive looked at new cars store like toyota in redlands i even looked at trying to by a car at r&b auto center in fontana.. no one wanted to help me because i was a 1st buyer with little credit.. both dealership showed me cars that i wasnt interested in!! they try to sell me what they wanted, not what i wanted!! then i seen the Acura TL at rpm on cars.com this is the car ive been trying to pursue!! long story short i was able to drive the car i wanted within my price range!! same price like the other two dealerships i went too! but this time i was able to drive off the lot with the car i wanted to buy since i stared my search!! thank you riverside premier motors so much for my acura TL and to ruben who made my car buying experience a great one!! highly recommend them!!

checked the area for a bmw 5 series for weeks and couldn't get anyone to really try to get my business bc of my credit. went to riverside premier and they were able to get me into an awesome 5 series and my credit didn't hold me back at all. love the car and it was such a great experience.

Awesome dealership and great customer service!!!

I bought my car from this dealer for several reasons. I previously had checked out other dealerships in the area and after bad experiences, it was an easy decision to buy a car here The salespeople at RPM are VERY nice and not pushy, they really try to connect with you and find you the right car for your needs. I was explained in detail all the features and specialties of the car and the services of this dealer. I will definitely be back to purchase another car!

Good guys

These guys are great I called ahead of time let them know that I was looking for a 2008 bmw 328i they told me they had it. I have to admit it sounded to good to be true but when I got there the car was just as they described it I chose to finance it. at first I didn't want to buy it cause the intrest rate seemed high but Frank the finance manager assured me that if he found a better rate he would call me to resign at a lower intrest rate I thought it was bull but I loved the car so much that I went for it. 2 days later to my surprise frank called me and told me to come in and resign a new contract he let me know that he was able to bring my rate from a 10.99 down to a 6.99 my payment came way down. I really recommend this dealership my view towards used car salesman has changed thanks to these guys. Great service and again I really recommend these guys

Honesty does count here

I went online and found a 2008 BMW 328i, I called and spoke to a salesman named Mike who told me the car was still there. I have to admit that the way he described it; it sounded too good to be true. But when I got there it was just as he had described it. I almost walked away from the deal because the interest rate seemed too high, but Frank the finance manager assured me he would shop me around to different banks and try to get me a lower rate. I thought it was a bunch of bull but I liked the car so much that I decided to go with it anyway. To my surprise, two days later, I received a call from Frank stating that he was able to bring my rate from a 10.9 to a 6.9% which made my car payment much lower. These guys have really changed my opinion of used car salesman. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase from a dealership with straight shooters.

False Advertising

Responded to an advertisement for a car listed on cars.com only to be told first that the car was $2000 more than the advertised price. Then after listening to the salesperson try to figure out where the car was, found out that it had already sold. The advertisement still has not been taken down as of when I am posting this review. Based on the sales person's reaction, I am not convinced at all that the advertisement was an honest mistake. Other reviews on this site are generally positive, and this may be an excellent location if they actually do have a car you want, but I would not trust their advertising at all.

BMW 750 li

I was shopping for BMW 750li online for about a month. I knew what i wanted and I knew how much I can afford. After going to a few used car dealerships in Southern California, I didn't find exactly what I was looking for. Then I found RPM online and they had the car I wanted. So I drove to riverside and ended up driving my new BMW home! It was a great experience and they took care of me. I'd recommend anybody looking for a nice used car to RPM. Thanks Mike.

Never called me back

I was promised a callback, waited 8hrs., and never heard from anybody. Jr. was the representative's name. Don't buy from this dealer, if they cannot call you back, you ain't getting no deal through them.
