Ron was a pleasure to work with. We talked a few times on the phone before I went to look at the car and he was honest and forthcoming regarding the condition. Once there, he was eager to answer any questions and even pointed out the flaws on the vehicle. The negotiation was fair and he was forthcoming with his bottom line. I've been searching for a Subaru for about two weeks now and I've test driven many cars with many private owners and professional dealers in that time frame. I worked with Gary, Kristin, and Ron, and all were fantastic individuals. They were comfortable to deal with, honest, and took the time to explain things. They weren't pushy and understood what I wanted. I didn't feel I was dealing with used car salesman at all! After test driving the used car I noticed that it did have several minor issues.
