Garrett in service was awesome. Walked me through everything in a lot of detail. Is really going above and beyond with me as I'm dealing with my insurance... & body shop from a past issue.
They explained everything that they did. They are always courteous and helpful explaining things so all can understand. The waiting area and or courtesy... vehicle and a great feature when you get servicing.
I usually don't expect many positives in the whole car buying experience...it's just something to endure. Audi Raleigh exceeded my expectations in many... ways. I had done my homework on the car that I wanted...what others were paying, typical fees, etc...but before I could spout out my figures, we were already agreeing on the deal. Salesman Charles Parker made everything work for me smoothly and pleasantly. Great overall experience. I highly recommend.

Made an appointment. I showed up and whole process was friction free! I was told It should take about an hour and it was done in less than an hour! The... double shot of espresso was awesome!
Everything is easy plus a loaner car. Everyone is nice and professional and everything is explained in detail, even bringing the mechanic to explain if... necessary.
Everything did not go as planned. All of the recall parts were not Aviliable. I have not received a call yet to advise when to bring car in for part twoof... the recall. They gave me a loaner which was nice and cleaned my vehicle which was extremely nice.
The manager was very professional and honest. The manager presented his best offer first which was below another dealership. Great experience. Only... area for improvement is more efficient trade in and purchasing process.
