I was looking for a car for the past two months.

I was looking for a car for the past two months. But not just any car I was looking for a Lexus. My daughter came across one at Audi of Raleigh and called. with in a minute of her sending me the information, I got a text from Mariam with information about the car. She was friendly informative and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with her and from day one I knew I was in good hands. My experience with Mariam is one I would want everyone that is in the process of look for or buying a car. I am a satisfied, happy customer all because of her. If you looking for an Audi or any other vehicle stop by Audi of Raleigh and ask for Mariam you will have a great experience .

These guys must be writing their own reviews!

These guys must be writing their own reviews! I have a 2022 Q5 that needs service and the earliest diagnostic appointment is over a month out. I was told I could drop it off and leave it and they may be able to work it in over a 3-4 day period, BUT they couldn't provide a loaner car. How the xxxx am I supposed to get around! And what if whatever the issue is gets worse while waiting for a diagnostic appointment.....then what?!

Highly recommend Jabir and the Audi Raleigh team. Jabir was very patient and professional throughout the entire process. He took his time at the end to make sure we knew everything about the car and were comfortable with it before we left.

Thanks to Jabir and team at Audi Raleigh, I was able to negotiate a trade in for 2 cars to buy my first Audi. This whole process was completed in a matter of hours, including going home for 2nd car. Great teamwork on their part. I'm very happy with the S5's comfort, performance, and looks!

Q3 Service

20,000 mile service was a smooth and efficient process. I was provided a loaner car. During the service, I received two videos, and the service advisor reviewed information further at my request. I was provided info regarding my next two scheduled visits, and my questions were answered. My car was ready before it was promised. Associates were professional and friendly.
