Been using A&B Kia since I moved back to the Wheeling area in 2018. Bought a car from them and get all my maintenance done there. The staff has always been very nice and knowledgeable. Waiting are and restrooms always clean. They keep me updated on progress and explain what has been done. Very satisfied with A&B Kia.

Its a clean dealership and there really nice people. There very friendly people. They kept me updated with my car and they went over everything with me about my car.

Friendly staff, & excellent service. Love my KIA vehicle and I bring it to dealership for routine service regularly. I used to get my oil changes at quick Lube shops and switched to dealership because the cost is cheaper and they provide multi point point inspections! I feel that using genuine Kia parts is better anyway.

I’m beyond upset, we went the first time to get our horn fixed because it wasn’t working, so they said they would purchase a new one for us which would be 200 plus to put it in or we can buy a used one. Well we bought a used one and we put it in and still didn’t work (it was the right one for the kia we have) so called the service manager and he said “it may not be the horn it may be something else” so we go in and we are having them check to see if it is something else, we walk in and the guy at the front desk was absolutely rude, he said well we bought the horn so it will be 200 plus to put it in, and my dad said we already have used horn in so I won’t pay for the new one since we have one in we just wanted to see what else may be wrong that’s not the horn, well that guy didn’t like that because he got all mad at my dad and had an attitude and started yelling at him, and my dad was getting angry because this guy up in the service department was literally yelling at him and got all up in my dads face, say he’s wrong and a bunch of other rude things. From the time we walked in to the time we left this guy had a major attitude. He lied and screamed, Never again will we go here with the disrespect we got, never.

I was very happy with my buying experience with my 2023 Sportage. I have returned twice for routine service and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.

Great staff/service department! Very friendly and always keeps you up to date on your vehicle while you wait! Outstanding waiting area with snacks and coffee. Very clean and modern.
