I own a 2023 Santa Fe and a 2025 Santa Fe.

I own a 2023 Santa Fe and a 2025 Santa Fe. I bought the 2023 at another dealership but recently had it serviced at McDonald. They took one and one-half hours to do an oil change and when they gave me my invoice, it did not show the kind of oil or grade that they installed. In the future, I will have my oil changed at a different service provider. I did purchase the 2025 Santa Fe at McDonald when they had a promotion of no payment for 90 days and $500 rebate for military service. McDonald set up my financing with 45 days of no payment and Hyundai refused to change it because it was the dealer who made the mistake. Neither Hyundai nor McDonald's manager has responded to my letter wanting the $500 rebate for my service in the USMC Reserves. This was not the fault of our salesman, just the McDonald finance department and management.

I recently purchased a car at McDonald Hyundai and

I recently purchased a car at McDonald Hyundai and worked with Sam Soliman. He was both very professional and friendly. He communicated clearly and was efficient in finding a unique financing option that would meet my needs. He was very honest and was able to eliminate much of the anxiety that goes with purchasing a vehicle. I would work with him specifically again for any future vehicle purchases. If I had been buying a new or an average used car, I

If I had been buying a new or an average used car, I would have walked out after 2 hours, but this was a one owner, very low milage, gem. So I waited. It was 3 and a half hours before I got out and they rushed me through the numbers so fast I didn't even know what I was paying for, I just wanted out. They got a good laugh because they do this everyday when they know you want this car. I paid way too much, but I like the car. Lesson learned, but I would not recommend these guys to anybody.

McDonald Hyundai has the worst customer service regarding

McDonald Hyundai has the worst customer service regarding service. On August 29, when I when I had a recall to be done, they didn’t do anything due it wasn’t leaking. Yet, looking up my Vin number it still says it hasn’t been taken care of, still needs to be addressed. Also, a shout out to Nick Coloroso needs be be fired, he harassed me continuously on text message! This is after I confronted him, no courtesy or respect for customers! I also talked to another dealership about my vehicle and told them the issue I had with McDonald Hyundai, they said they get a lot of complaints about them!!

Avoid the service department, I came in for a recall on

Avoid the service department, I came in for a recall on my Hyundai Veracruz and they left my car outside of the service department for an hour before working on it. I had an appointment at 9:40. When I asked the Nick Coloroso who was texting me, why my car was sitting outside and when I had an appointment they said oh I’ll look into it. Then my car went into the service department , where I was supposed to get a recall done. I waited over two hours not counting the hour my car sat outside the service dept. Then I was told to come down, in a cold text from Nick Coloroso that my vehicle was ready, other people had someone from Service come up and tell them their car was ready! How inconsiderate, I felt like I was a bothersome to them, Nick Coloroso said you’ll get an email on the invoice without any communications face to face no respect on what the procedure had been done on my car. They also redid my trip meter back to zero, as if not to tell me how far they drove my vehicle, WHY??? Very deceptive., The invoice in my email also said they didn’t change out the part, because it wasn’t leaking. They just change the oil on the recall. No explanation from Nick Coloroso, while I was there, and mind you they weren’t busy either, deceptive, so what happens if this starts leaking later do they replace it then? I’m not going back to McDonald Hyundai dealership. Being honest, I don’t recommend this dealership. Yes it’s a beautiful building, but the people in it have to take a lesson in how to treat people with respect. I will never return to this dealership nor will I ever recommend anybody else to go there either.! People need a lesson to have respect and courtesy towards all customers!

Great place to buy/lease a new car.

Great place to buy/lease a new car. Jawad was extremely personable and a pleasure to get to know throughout my experience at the dealership. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles I test drove and patient in answering all my questions. I'm very happy with my new car thanks to the painless experience in obtaining it and great staff at McDonald Hyundai.

5/29/24 - I took my wife's 2021 Palisade in for a

5/29/24 - I took my wife's 2021 Palisade in for a scheduled routine oil change, engine and cabin air filter replacement. The process took nearly 3 hours, and we were charged $360.00. This is Absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER go back, I would rather get hit by a car than give this dealership another penny.
