After reading horror stories online of customers around

After reading horror stories online of customers around the country having to wait months for a motor replacement, only to finally be denied, and left without a vehicle while they waited, I was very worried when my motor went. I was prepared for a long battle to get my replacement motor approved. Much to my surprise, my motor replacement was approved within days, and the whole replacement was complete within two weeks and I was given a brand new vehicle to drive while my car was being worked on. This dealership was wonderful. They stood behind their product. I would highly suggest them for anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I love my Hyundai.

Great Service

I recently had my car serviced at Hall Hyundai. I was very impressed with the Adam my service advisor He kept me updated and did follow up phone calls to let me know the status of my repairs. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Awesome purchase experience!!

Bought new Hyndai Sante Fe

From the salesman Taylor Inge who made us feel like family, to the Sales Manager (Richard?) Who gave excellent service, to Megan the young lady in the service department (Service Writter ?) Who kept us well informed on every aspect of our vehicles service. We are very pleased with Hall in Elizabeth City NC.

Great experience

I had a very good experience with this dealership. The facilities are clean and inviting, and the staff are very professional, polite, and helpful. They were able to give me a fair value for my trade in and worked quickly to ensure they valued my time. The sales person I worked with named Scottie was the best I've worked with when purchasing a vehicle in my experience and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy from this specific dealer.

Very Satisfied!!

To start we had the best salesman (Ed Bennett) He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars that we were shown. He is Professional Friendly and Courteous! KJ was awesome. He pulled some strings and made things happen! and we left a huge smile on our faces. We will most definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends!

Amazing experience

Never has buying a car been so easy. The staff and salesman Taylor Inge went over and beyond expectations. They were exceptional in finding a car that meet my needs and wants. Taylor made sure that everything was taken care of. Richard was amazing as he helped with a ton of questions And concerns. Dustin made the finalizing of the purchase easy and quick.
