Hall Hyundia is a great dealership.
Hall Hyundai of Elizabeth City, NC is a great dealership. The staff are all so helpful. John Signorelli is wonderful, friendly, helpful and a very kind sales person that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He just kept working with us until we all agreed. The managers are also very friendly and are willing to take the time to be sure all was right with the deal. You want go wrong with this dealership.

Service on my used Santa Fe!
Took my 2014 Santa Fe in for a 60,000 mile check up (just got it 3 weeks ago) and I wanted it to be checked over. Pretty much ask for the works. When we were ready to leave my Husband (the skeptic) said let me check one thing. He walks around the car and headed straight back in the dealership. They totally forgot to rotate the tires! I spent $685.75 and they FORGOT the tire rotation! What I want to know is what else was forgotten?? I always try to believe people are going to do the right unfortunately not the case here.

Ed was absolutely the best. He let me look at everything I wanted without getting impatient. I bought the car New Years Eve and due to the holiday, I couldn't take delivery of the car until Tuesday. Ed delivered it to my house. Who does that anymore??? Amazing. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to everyone. And I will be when its time for another new car.

Great dealership and wonderful customer service
Great dealership. Was paired with this dealership via USAA Car Buying Service and the they were able to beat the guaranteed price of USAA with their internet price and also gave me an additional $500 off of that. I was able to get a 2018 Elantra Sport within the budget I wanted (my first brand new car in 14 years). My sales consultant was Ed Bennett and I can't say enough about how enthusiastic he was throughout the entire process. I went in for a test drive and ended up buying. Ed even delivered my new car to my house. Now I call that 'customer service'! Will be the dealership I go to when we look for a new vehicle for my husband.

If you're in the market for a used car I highly recommend going to Hall Honda Elizabeth city. My wife's schedule and my own or hectic so they brought the car out the west for a test drive and when we called them back they offered to bring the car out to us with all the paperwork to sign in our kitchen that my friends is customer service , This was the first dealership I ever work with didn't feel like I was going to the dentist Michael White was outstanding from start to finish even drove or trade and back to Elizabeth city
