If I could mark less than a one I would. I purchased a vehicle through this dealership was promised to spare key never got that took forever to get my paperwork from them and now I had to take it in for a state inspection and it won't pass because the wiring is so screwed up in the vehicle I don't even know how they got a state inspection done unless they're doing their own and forging them. Don't buy a vehicle from this car lot

i bought a ctsv in january, it’s now april and they still haven’t got me the title, or spare key. they are giving me the runaround saying they have the title and they are waiting for it to be signed and shipped out to me for the past month. i have no issues with the vehicle i bought it’s just pathetic they can’t even get me a title, i cannot register the vehicle and actually enjoy my purchase, also, ahmad rahim is a registered sex offender in the state of Florida. he definitely shouldn’t be in this business, he refused to negotiate with me after i placed my deposit because the deposit was non refundable. i’m glad i was at least happy with the vehicle or i would’ve been completely screwed. PATHETIC STEALERSHIP. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH AP FAIRFAX

a sorry excuse as a dealership if I could rate lower I would there very disrespectful I was having troubles with the car a month into me having it I tried to call and got cussed and hung up on I got taken advantage of it was my first time buying a car at the dealership all I wanted was me and my daughter to have something nice to ride in now I’m up to my neck in debt DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE

My experience AP Auto Sales was smooth in the beginning but then turned into a nightmare! I bought a 2013 S550 with 75k. When I left dealer the next day I got a flat tire and needed to change the tire...ok wear and tear. I got a new tire and my mechanic told me the after market rims where going to be a problem for this car and I needed to replace them ASAP. While driving again mind you this all in the 1st week the front shock broke and needed replacement. A few weeks later the other shock broke! In then 1st week I needed news rims/tires and front suspension! About 6k because my friends a mechanic. Not to mention it took them over a month to pay off my trade in and over a month to get my tags! STAY AWAY!!

Im sorry, if this is the gentleman that purchased the Mercedes S550, you purchased it a year ago. Also, you purchased it with aftermarket rims. Also, after you purchased the car AS-IS, We still helped and did repairs after you purchased the car, also you declined the warranty. Once again you purchased the car a year ago, purchased it as-is, and purchased it knowing the car had aftermarket wheels, and after you test drove it and came back and told us you loved it and wanted to buy it.

Please read the other reviews before going to this dealership!!! Everything was great pre-contract. Once I signed and sent my deposit, responses were delayed and information was changing. The vehicle that I purchased, 2019 Mercedes C63 AMG, was delivered to me with a check engine light on (I lived far away, which is why I had it delivered). They told me it was just because of aftermarket additions (Before I made the purchase, they told me the vehicle was in great condition with no issues). I drove the car over an hour away back to them to check, after only having the car for 2 days. All they did was cut the light off, so by the time I got back home, the light was back on again. The car also was jerking really bad when you takeoff, and had very little pressure. I started calling and messaging them and got very little response. They actually told me they would come to me two different times so that I did not have to drive so far back to them, and that never happened. The owner of the establishment actually told me to just wait for 30 days when my warranty kicked in, and have it fixed then. The vehicle was undrivable, so my response to him was I should not have to let my new car sit for 30 days in my driveway until the warranty kicks in. It’s now been 2 months, and the car has been in the shop for a total of six weeks out of the time that I’ve had it (it’s currently there now), For the same issues that I was originally complaining about the moment it was delivered to me. Also, this warranty that they sold me will not cover any of the repairs, so I wasted money on a warranty and I am now almost $5000 out-of-pocket for this vehicle. They knew the vehicle had problems before they sold it and they did nothing about it! The attached invoice is just the most recent invoice for repairs. THIS IS NOT A TRUE LUXURY DEALER! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY! Everything that they feed you is lies. I would have given zero stars if I could.

My car buying experience at this dealership started off on a decent note with relatively smooth negotiations conducted by phone. The sales team seemed cooperative and willing to work on a deal that suited my needs, which initially gave me confidence in the process. Unfortunately, things took a sharp turn for the worse once I arrived onsite. The dealership’s showroom floor offices, and bathrooms were noticeably unclean and poorly maintained, which immediately raised concerns about their professionalism and attention to detail. It only got worse from there. The management team was disorganized and appeared indifferent to customer service. Communication throughout the process was incredibly poor — I constantly had to follow up to get basic updates, and the answers I received were often vague or inconsistent. Several commitments made during the negotiation phase were either ignored or never fulfilled, despite repeated attempts to get them addressed. I left the lot on less than a quarter tank of gas and the dealer never offered to fill up the gas in my new vehicle. To make matters worse, the process of receiving my car title and tags took an unreasonably long time, far beyond what is typical or acceptable. This added stress and frustration to an already disappointing experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership. What began as a seemingly straightforward transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal due to poor service, lack of professionalism, and unmet promises. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a more transparent and respectful car buying experience.

Trustworthy and transparent. If you are looking for a dealership you can trust look no further than AP Fairfax Virginia dealer. The sales provider was honest, and worked hard to get what I needed, when I needed it, by delivering the car to my home. I never felt pressured or rushed, and I'm thrilled with me new car. This is how car buying should be! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality service. A person's attitude means a lot to me and Ahmad had the best attitude. Whenever I get another car, he will be the first person I will contact.

Sold me a lemon 🍋 2015 Volvo XC60 Purchased 8/2024 the car has been to the shop 6 times for engine misfires. Was not allowed to go over 35mph on test drive or go on the highway. I'm convinced that they knew about the engine misfires, the brakes that needed replacement, the crack in the center of the windshield and the heater that did not work but disclosed none of this and I was forced to purchase the car as is. The car was missing a actual key and I had to fight them to get one. Then they wanted to charge me for it and I refused. Don't believe a word these people say, they will do anything to sell a broken car.
