Make sure to inspect everything before buying
I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram. Everything was done over the phone and internet. Vegas was great to work with, however when I received the truck it had a very noticeable and large dent on the back fender. They did a great job of hiding it in the pictures and videos that I was sent beforehand. I specifically asked if there was any scratches, dents, blemishes and was assured there is nothing wrong with the truck. They were just doing their best to get rid of the truck any way possible. The cruise control also did not work on this 2017 truck with only 60k miles. I won't be doing business with them again in the future. Would highly recommend not buying unless you can drive the vehicle in person.

I received a quote from this dealership of $150 to change...
I received a quote from this dealership of $150 to change the oil, oil filter, and fuel filter on my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500. When they were finished, they presented me with a bill for $350. They did no other work other than what was quoted. The do not stand behind their quotes. I will no longer do business with them.

I was quoted $150 for an oil, oil filter, and fuel filter change. When they were finished I was presented with a $350 bill. The would not honor their quote. I will no longer do business with this dealership.

Ask for Vegas at Main Street Dodge
September 5 I finially found the car I was looking for,a 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack with Shaker.I found the car on the internet and contacted them,they responded actually very fast.The next day we had an appointment and they had the car waiting.The salesman name was Vegas.I was invited for a test drive.We had a time we had to leave because of an doc visit.The paperwork was done in a very timely manner and the finance guy was very friendly.I had never been to this dealer before or even been to Lansing so this visit to the area and to this dealership was very pleasing.I’m looking forward to visiting more.

Found a truck on the internet, e-mailed the dealership and was promptly answered. Mike Wingard did a great job of making everything go smoothly through the buying process, the reason for only 4 stars is cash buyers pay more then E-purchase buyers. Seems backwards to me. thanks again Mike, it was a pleasure.

Sub-par dealership with horrible customer service. If you want to spend two hours in a dealership only to find out they sold the vehicle to someone else while you sat waiting, this is the dealership for you. If you want to deal with a manager who cares about making money but could not care less about doing what is right, this is the dealership for you.
