buyers beware!!!! stay clear of this dealership. my family purchased a cash mini and within a week the car was in the shop with a 2500 bill to replace the clutch and some other stuff. the dealership refused to help on top of that the warranty people would not cover anything. sadly the other problem was under warranty and they still wouldn't cover it. here my family is without a car. thanks to this shady dealership. stay away. they sell lemons!!!

Best used car dealership in Hampton Roads!!
Shoreline Auto Center is by far the best used car dealership in the area. Mike and G took awesome care of me. I got my dream car with unbelievable financing. I will definitely be back soon to buy my teenagers first car.

Impressive management
I came into Shoreline about a year ago, met w a salesman who was very helpful. Came back a few months later and the employee was on vacation so the manager was there to assist me. I thought I knew what I wanted and the price point but I was wrong! I walked in wanting a Toyota Tacoma and left with a Lexus for less!! It had more of the bells and whistles that I wanted and a great price, he even helped me name my new car- Peanut Butter Cup. I have never been happier and all thanks to the manager who really guided me! Wish I had more money for more cars!

Caution with Shoreline and sister company Midgette
My wife and I were looking for a vehicle, we saw a beautiful 11 Infiniti SUV online and came to check it out. After seeing it and then a quick test drive my wife knew this was the car for her. From Arrival to signing papers we were there about a hour and half, with a few concerns that need to be address, which were written into contract to replace the windshield and all 4 tires before we took deliver of the vehicle. We were specifically told that they will split the cost of all 4 tires with us, which they stated it would be $1200, so $600 was written in to our loan and they also would cover the cost of the windshield. We left the car there, before leaving we were told they would keep us updated on the arrival of the new tires and the replacement of windshield. Shoreline had the vehicle for over a week and half, there was little to no communication given as to the status of the car and they dropped ball on getting these repairs complete in the time frame the promised, their costumer service was poor. The car was bought on Oct 31, finally complete repairs on Nov 13. If dealing with this place ensure that all your concerns, warranties, and repairs are all written out in full detail to cover yourself because they do not honor their word/verbal agreements.

First off I just want to say Dylan spackman is Great guy and has very chill vibe which is why I ended up buying the car here. But if I could give them 0 stars I would I recently bought a Subaru wrx sti from them and it looked like such a great deal along with a great ride and drove fine, but while buying the car I was told I couldn’t get a warranty because “they couldn’t make the deal” and it was dumb for me to think that I should have bought a car without a warranty because of the low miles. After 1 week I get a check engine light on and I text Dylan “hey man I just got this car and a check engine light just popped on” first thing he assures me on is that to not worry about it and that he’ll take care of it. So I get it read and it’s a o2 sensor tell him about it and i ended up cleaning the sensor myself and never came back on. Week 2 On my way to top golf being the DD and rite off the exit my check engine light starts flickering and my car loses instant power I call up Dylan and first thing he tells me is I can be there in 5 mins to check the car out he finds out that it’s a 3rd cylinder misfire and that if I leave my car with him he can get it fixed before I have to go to my next duty station which is a 14 hr drive and a week from now. So I left it with him get a call 4 days after to find out there service department saying I need a rebuild because the 3rd cylinder is done for and that it was gonna cost 6k but they can do it for 3k. Dylan talks to the manager for me to see if they can cover the charges because I only had it for 2 weeks and knew I was a responsible driver. Then I get a call from the General manager Mark and he tells me that their is absolutely nothing that they can do and that he didn’t have a “crystal ball” to know when there used cars were going to explode So after pleading my case to him on how I can’t afford it and need my car to go to work he still had nothing to say but I can’t help you but all I had heard was I won’t help you. Next day Found out my car was still under Powertrain warranty so I got it towed to Subaru and found out that I only need to replace a coil pack in the 3rd cylinder which cost me 366 with my military discount. Long story short don’t believe in there 100+ point inspection, how they “serve God and our community”, silver means satisfaction and listen to how they’ll take care of you and give you peace of mind because they really don’t give a crap wether your military or not.

Trouble customer service
I had the worst customer service ever dealing with this dealership. Everything was okay until after I bought the vehicle. I never got my license plates until after my 30 day plates were dead. Dylan who was my salesman was impossible to catch up with and when I did never did anything he promised. I'm still waiting on the spare key that I was told would be mailed to me. I had to talk to another salesmen named Marc because Dylan wouldn't return any of my calls anymore. It took Marc two weeks to get me a gap insurance cancellation form. I asked him about the spare key, but still waiting for a answer a week later. Every time I call now the lady who answers the phone tells me they're in a meeting or on the phone. I would never buy a car from this dealership! They will do what ever it take to sell you the vehicle, but after that you're on your own. Unless you live in va beach I wouldn't deal with this dealership. If you live far away you're going to to be in trouble if you ever need help or service.

Awesome Customer Service
Dylan Spackman was the salesperson who I had the great pleasure of doing business with at Shoreline Auto. His personality and customer service was second to none. If I decide to purchase another vehicle in the near future, I would definitely recommend Dylan to all of my friends who are perspective buyers.

Outstanding service
Big ups to Jose no pressure salesman at Shoreline Auto sales. He took both my son and I on 2 separate test drives to make sure both of us were satisfied with the vehicle. Felt like we were actually getting a nice vehicle for a nice price. Jose made the whole car 1st time car buying experience for my son a breeze . Financing was a breeze also. Will definitely refer this young man and Shoreline. Again thanks Jose !!!!! Go see this young man folks.
