Shawn and Anthony were great. No pressure sales at all. After about a month of looking I found the SUV with most of the options we wanted at their dealership online and made a deal over the phone. I had my own financing and a good down payment. They asked to see if they could do better on the financing than what I had. I finally gave in figuring what the xxxx it can’t hurt and what do you know…they saved me 1% on my APR. I know they made a little more on the back end due to this but they saved me money too so we were both happy. It also locked us into the vehicle so they held it for us which originally they said they could not do since the margins were so low and it’s a very popular SUV. They said if someone came in to buy it over the weekend they would sell it. My wife also could not drive up with me and they were able to complete the deal with her remotely and me in person. They gave us a great deal and we couldn’t be happier. I drove 2.5 hours from the east coast of FL and would definitely do it again. Very professional staff. I can’t speak highly enough of Shawn and Anthony. They made buying the most expensive car we’ve ever bought a great experience. They even had the gas tank topped off. Not many dealerships do that anymore. Awesome crew. Don’t hesitate to make a deal with them. Shawn and Anthony will make it a great experience.

Car shopping should be fun, but let’s be honest, it’s not. Not usually at least! Shopping with Mr. Shawn Langley at Ed Morse Alfa Romeo Fiat was exactly the experience I needed. I knew exactly what I was looking for & he was able to get me the keys to my dream truck. After visiting multiple dealerships that claimed to have the truck I wanted and being let down because of their false advertising, I was ecstatic that the listing online for my truck was truthful to a T. Shout out to Ed Morse! On top of it all, Shawn was not only the most knowledgeable car salesman I have ever met, he made the experience fun! During our test drive he showed me all the bells and whistles and he wasn’t pushy at all, it felt like I was driving an old friend around town! He was also patient with my busy work schedule and denied other customers from buying it out from under me while I was working. In the end, we were able to negotiate a deal that made sense for all of us. After closing the deal, I had an issue with my navigation, & he followed through in helping me get it addressed and even put me in a beautiful Alfa Romeo loaner until he personally delivered my truck back to me over an hour drive away, and with a new set of spare keys!
