Awesome experience!

I want to publicly thank Raad and his staff for an amazing, top notch, and hassle free car buying experience! My wife and I were shopping for a Honda Odyssey Touring, because we needed a vehicle with more room and comfort, and we literally drove by and saw that he had one on the lot and pulled in. Immediately, my family was greeted with a very friendly welcome and we knew that this just might be our last stop. When we met Raad and he found out that we were a military family, he stopped everything that he was doing and he personally showed us around the Odyssey, evaluated our trade (2016 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL), and he offered us an unbelievable deal on our trade and on the Odyssey. We were already financed by USAA and within a short couple hours we were on our way home in a very clean and superb vehicle. It’s been a few months since we made our purchase and we’ve had zero issues. The Odyssey definitely changed how my family commutes and our travels have become much easier. Thank you Raad! I highly recommend this dealership!

Beware!!!!

The advertised Bluetooth in the vehicle. It didn’t work. 10 miles off the lot and the tire pressure maintenance light came on. The rear tire valve stems are stuck so you can’t check the tire pressure. This place does not seem to check their vehicles very well so check every detail before you buy. They also misspelled my name on my registration so now I have a trip to the dmv. I addressed all these issues with this place and was basically told that it is my problem. Needless to say beware of this place! Not reputable!

Car dealer? Customer no service.

I wrote to the dealership regarding a Toyota Tundra. Their response was advertisements on other vehicles at their site. Nothing about the Tundra. I don't feel I could recommend this dealer to any educated individual. There are obviously other and better dealerships in Sacramento, Bay Area and Reno. My thought is if you're desperate, then maybe you'll be the perfect customer for them.

Hello Craig! Sorry for the late response and we apologize for the misunderstanding. When anyone submits an inquiry they are automatically given other similar vehicles to view while they wait for us to respond. However, up until the beginning of this month we did not have access to our login and therefore never received any notification and could not respond to you or other potential customers. Great Buying Experience Ever!

I've bought quite a few cars and this was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience ever. I was greeted by Charlie and he was nothing like a typical car salesman. He was friendly, laid back and personable. He let us look at the truck, offered to get the keys right away and then sat back and let us check out the vehicle by ourselves. Once we were done looking he explained the process to buy and said when we were ready to buy to come on back. No pressure! We came back later that day to see what trade-in value we could get. Raad took a quick look at my car and told me some of the things he saw as issues with it. It was late in the day so there wasn't time to actually work out a deal. Raad told me what I would need to bring in to sell my car and purchase the truck. I went home that night, did some additional research, applied for a loan online, gathered the documents and went back the next day. They let me test drive the car to make sure I liked it. I fell in love with the truck. It was awesome. Raad drove my car to make sure it ran well and to check it out more thoroughly. Raad explained why he was offering the amount for my car and all the things he'd have to fix to sell it. Given the things he found, his offer was very reasonable and I appreciated the honesty and openness. In less than an hour I left the dealership with a new truck. The buying process was fast, stress free and enjoyable. The truck was clean, well running and Raad & Charlie made sure every little detail was taken care of even down to the cup holder sticking a little bit. They fixed it before I left. If I ever have to buy another car again, West Coast Auto is where I'll make my first stop. These guys rock!

Best Overall Experience

My overall experience at this dealership has been phenomenal. I have been in the market for a used vehicle when my current vehicle began to show its age. Now I am very peculiar about the vehicles I purchase, so my intentions when I first looked around the lot were to not buy a car; just look. I met a gentleman named Raad, whom greeted me in the lot. He asked me about my personal tastes in cars and had a couple side conversations. He was very personable and I really enjoyed our conversation. Not once did he push a certain vehicle or sale. I thanked him for his time and left. Raad calls me a couple of weeks later to tell me that he found a proper vehicle for me. It was a white G37 sedan, fully loaded, gorgeous car. Definitely within my preferences for a vehicle but it just didnt give me the tingles so I thanked him for his patience and time, and left. I get a call about a week later to check out a BMW 3 series. Without much conversation, he handed me the keys and told me to take it out for a drive. Oh man did it put a grin on my face. This was the one. I had to have this BMW. I took a couple days after the test drive before I moved forward with any paperwork. What amazes me is how relaxed and casual the interaction was. He never pushed the car onto me. He waited until I realized I wanted the car before moving forward with the sale. How could I not want it? It was fully inspected, and detailed. It looked pristine; the car basically sold itself. The price was right and the paperwork was quick and painless. This is the first car I have purchased from a dealer, and I am certain that next time I need a vehicle, I'll just call Raad! Thanks buddy!!

Great Car Experience

Over the past several years, I have purchased three cars from West Coast Auto Sales. I have been extremely happy with the cars and the customer service. West Coast Auto Sales, has a good selection of used cars. I would highly recommend West Coast Auto Sales to anyone looking to purchase a car. All the sales staff are friendly and highly experienced, especially the sales Manager (Raad). I am very happy that I stopped at West Coast Auto Sales. QUALITY CARS & FRIENDLY STAFF!!

Purchased my 2005 Mitsubishi Outlander here and I couldn't be happier. I emailed the dealership inquiring about the vehicle; I was surprised I got a respond back quick. They suggested I send my credit info through their website, which makes the process easier when I go in to finalize the deal. I did, and in about an hour I got a call back from Moe saying I was approved. He gave me couple of different options over the phone and said we can talk further when we meet. I went down to their location, and I was immediately pleased with the way they served me. From sales to finance, the staff were really nice. The car itself was in such condition I did not see anywhere else. I committed to the vehicle and picked my financing options; the deal all together took less than an hour. I was out of there quick, they made the process easy and pleasing. I would definitely recommend this place. A+
