They used my information as a co-signer. I had no knowledge of the sale. I was not present. I never signed an agreement but yet my signature is on financing paperwork. These people are scam artists. They told me I do not need to be present for a sale and that they can sign my name electronically since they believe I am a co-signer consenting to a sale. It was pure xxxx to get the contact nulled but it’s still showing negative on my credit report, not to mention the 9 times they ran my credit. Pure thieves. We all have to answer to something higher. You scammers will get yours.

El dealer es pésimo, te engañan desde el primer momento, cuando el carro presenta un daño, lo primero que hacen es desconectar el testigo de la alarma, MUCHO CUIDADO, después, te van llevando en espera hasta que se cumpla el tiempo o las millas que dan de "garantía", y al final dicen: ese problema ya es otra cosa no podemos arreglarlo, luego te dicen si pagas cumplido 6 cuotas, te rebajamos la mitad de la siguiente y también es mentira, te pasan a una financiera y dicen: ya no se puede porque no está con nosotros, Christian es especialista en el engaño, y en decir "ya le devuelvo la llamada" NO CAIGAN EN SUS TRAMPAS.

I bought a car from them it had a broken motor mount. They promised to fix. I took it back to them 5 times and all 5 times the motor mount broke. The key fob would randomly go off or all together not work. Promised a new key fob never got it. When they put the gps in the car the driver side light went out, again promised they would replace never happened. The gps caused electric issues with the dash and windows. The sales woman that sold me the car got fired. I was then told by Miguel and Willie that they are not sales agents and that I would have to walk the parking lot to find a different car but that I would have to pay more of a down payment. I was also told that I wàs being to picky about the car. I finally stopped making payments and let them come get the car. THEY ARE THE WORST MOST CORRUPT HYPOCRITES. They took extra money for 4 payments and Willie would only give me $20.

Attention!!! This dealership is a Fraud they will steal your money. If you have bought a vehicle from this dealership and you are having mechanical issues. you can try calling the finance/contract company and see if they can cancel the contract. According to the finance company they used for us they clearly say that they cannot finance a car with mechanical problems and you have 60 days to cancel the contract for any reason, but the dealer will tell you that you cannot cancel. Its not TRUE! The dealer is gonna come up with lies on why they cant return your downpayment even though there is no paperwork stating that they can keep it. By the way this dealership claims that they are accredited by the Better Business Bureau and on the BBB website it clearly says they do not. They say they perform inspections on the vehicle but the vehicle we were trying to purchase required breaks, tires, oil service, and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree with error lights. and who knows what else, the vehicle was falling apart and most of the dash was glued together. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER spend the extra bit of money and go to a reputable dealership.

Sales manager, and office managers both lie to make the sale. Told me a $336 fee was going to be covered in their end as part of the deal. 6 months later they say we still owe the fee and put a lien on the vehicles registration. With documentation from the sales manager as proof, they still wouldn’t honor our agreement. We will be seeking legal action. After speaking with them multiple times, office manager (Grace) was extremely disrespectful and hung up on me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! Miguel is the best!! The process was very simple and non confusing and I am very pleased with the service I received. Thanks again!!

Great dealership miguel was the best saler i ever had they make you feel comfortable. Very satisfied with my honda pilot 2013 recommend them full.

The dealer had a good amount of vehicle to look at. My salesman, Ray was kind and patient with my needs. We can into a good agreement and I left pleased.
