If I could give zero stars I would.
If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend bought me the BMW I wanted. Love the car and Tony our salesman was nice to work with. However the car I noticed right away before even leaving the lot, had a light malfunction. Ok fine, it was something that they would fix under warranty. First off they ordered the wrong light, they never called me when it came in either. My boyfriend chase them around. They dragged it out so that by the time I got in they could say it wasn’t under warranty anymore. Long story short, my car has been in the service center there at prestige in Westport TWICE for the light and both times it comes back NOT FIXED. My bulb went completely out, I got my car back w the light lens pushed in, my headlights have moisture in them, manager said he would make sure everything gets taken care of. Big lie bc I’m on my way to my car for the 3rd time and “the moisture is out but the high beams don’t work” umm what the xxxx kind of dealership does this. Never again, xxxx this place. I always heard good things about them and that’s why we went there. They are terrible and obviously do not take care of their customers. If you wanna buy from them, be prepared to file something against them

Our goal is for every customer who visits one of our showrooms to have a 5-star experience, even if they don’t end up purchasing a car from us. Unfortunately there are a few inaccuracies in the information you provided with your review. Our records indicate we had set multiple appointments to address the headlight malfunction within 9 days of your original delivery date. Sadly you didn't show up for those appointments - which are all dated and documented in our system. Ultimately we did repair your headlight at no cost to you, at which time you had separate, unrelated work completed out of warranty - which you refused to pay for until nearly 2 months later. The headlight issue you're posting photos of isn't the same one as the original incident that was addressed, again, at no cost to you. That being said, we'd like to hear from you to discuss this issue further. Perhaps there is still a resolution to be had once all the true and accurate facts can be laid out and discussed.
