I don’t know any names you posted to rate. Our experience was not good

We had a good experience but found a car that needed minor break work. We were told this would be done when we purchased the car. After pickup, we realized this wasn't the case and it was squeaking. Prestige is covering the cost but it's the principle that when something is supposed to be fixed it should be fixed when asked the first time.

We were greeted by Jeff and he new exactly which vehicle we were looking for.. He was very easy to do business with. In fact we told him to look for another vehicle for our daughter! Definitely recommend Jeff for our family and friends!! Very satisfied!!!
