I've been searching around for a used truck. My credit is not so great so I was running out of options. I found Prestige and went there with my girlfriend, we met Todd and he showed me around. He listened to what I was looking for, we went over some numbers, and he guided me in the right direction. We test drove a few trucks and I picked one the suited my needs. He was very helpful and friendly. If you do decide to go there, ask for Todd.

We all know Dealerships are a drag, uppity salesmen that circle like a hawk ready to swarm in on its prey. That was not the case here. My boyfriend and I had gone to a different dealership that was just xxx backwards, they ran paperwork with out us even test driving the truck then told us we needed to put almost 3k down on top of our trade and what we already had to put down for a vehicle we hadn't even test drove yet, so we walked away. Upon hearing that, I started looking online for some trucks. We found a really nice Chevy. Not only was it 1)newer 2) better mileage and 3) CHEAPER then the other dealership I figured id give them a call. When I called I had spoke to George, What an absolute sweetheart, he was extremely nice, and very informative. When we got to the Westport location, we spoke with Todd. He was a pleasure to work with, when we sat down he really listened to what my boyfriend wanted, he didn't try to pressure us in anyway, nor did he leave us sitting at his desk for a half hour each time he had to get up, overall it was rather quick! and my son loved him! After taking the truck for a test drive he was in love, my boyfriend and i walked outside to talk for a moment he said it hopes they can do something because he doesn't want to get his hopes up. Needless to say We left very Happy!!! We tried to play a joke when we got home saying we couldn't do anything but we couldn't keep a straight face! Again I want to Thank George, & Todd For Helping us, for being as kind as you were to us and my crazy two year old! & For being able to get my family into something Safer & More reliable!! Thank you Thank you Thank you

Bought a 2013 escape in August Tom treats customers like family my behind. We were sold a car with a severe recall and a bad converter. Car spent the entire day in service and the just turned off the light. Nothing More Said Until I called The Next day. Doors with huge holes in them that would slice someone's hand open. Was told by Tom that it would of been corrected and literally after 2 weeks of getting the run around,the owner told me I would have pay half the cost. He said it was my word against his. Apparently the customer is never right here. Was not given trade value as agreed. They are just NASTY IGNORANT PEOPLE. The owner apparently doesn't mind all his nasty complaints. Instead of learning from them and bettering his business he covers them up with bull **** positive reviews. Now bank accidentally sends me the title for my trade. Me And my husband work 6 days and have had no time to bring it by. (It's been 3 days since they called for it) now we have someone TOD calling telling us he is going to file a fraud case against us. SUCH A JOKE! Bullying is how they get things done. Please listen to everyone advice on here and STAY AWAY!!
