Went here with no hope that I would get into the car that I have always wanted to get into, once I walked in, I was greeted by Victor who took care of me. I was going to trade my car in, but it was better off being sold third party, later that day sold my car and got the news that they were able to get me approved. I was so happy about this and was able to pick up my car within that same week. Leslie on the other hand means what she says when she tells you that she will get you in and out of her office as far as the paperwork goes. I went in her office to sign everything and was literally out in 15 minutes. Great place to buy a car and amazing customer service.

I had an appointment at the Brockton location, and drove 1.5 hours to get there. I spoke to a staff member twice on the phone, twice through text, and twice via email for this appointment. When I showed up, the car was NOT ON THE LOT. The manager did not even introduce himself to me or apologize. He simply said “these things happen” and “I don’t know what to tell you.” He said the car was sent out for a battery replacement and then I was later told that the car was being 30 point inspected to make sure that it is all set to be sold… If it was not safe to sell, why was it on the website??? DO NOT GO HERE.
