All I can say is that this place is great. This is my second purchase here and I love them. Raul Is wonderful, when I bought my 1st car it was a Highlander,... he knew I needed a car ASAP, so I drove out of there that same night with it. My second time there was a few weeks ago, wanted to trade in my Highlander for a Venza, at 1st I thought it was not possible , but after Raul kept on working wonders with the numbers, I was able to trade in my vehicle and ONCE again, drove out of there with my venza. But that???s not all. Raul had to pick up my car at my job to bring it to get Vin check. So he did. I completely forgot that I was almost on E. So he took my car for a Vin check and when he bought it back he told me he had left me a present in my car. When I went to my car I noticed a receipt, Raul had put gas in my car. All I can say that since the 1st time I walked in that car dealer I felt welcomed, I felt like I knew Raul from a long time. If anyone is looking to purchase a car. I give you my word, go here and you will not regret it. I am now enjoying my car, plus my kids love it 2.
Raul was very helpful and did not pressure me into buying a car that wasn???t for me! I am not a car person and he new exactly what kind of car I wanted.... I highly recommend going in and asking for him!
After going to several different dealerships we came to Prestige Auto Mart in Westport and it was by far the best decision I made. When we walked in we... were greeted right away by the Store Manager Jeff Leary and Salesman Shawn Zen. They were both very attentive and asked many questions. They weren’t your typical sales guys that tried making a quick buck! Being young, they didn’t try taking advantage of my youth and selling me something expensive, like the other dealerships were trying to do. Shawn Zen asked me my budget and stuck with it, he showed me many options until I chose to purchase a 2010 Toyota Corolla. They were very honest and treated me like I was family. The manager Jeff Leary gave me a price that worked for me.. (Thank You).. after the money agreement, I met with the Finance Manager Dan Soares, He showed me different payment options and also the different warranties, he did everything for me, all I had to do was read and sign. After going to a few big name dealerships that gave me terrible service, I would never want to go there again. Prestige is a family owed business, that provides good service and are the most honest people I dealt with, and it made me feel good supporting a family owned business. Don’t waste the time going to the big name place, try Prestige and leave there with a piece of mind about what you bought! Thank you Jeff, Shawn, and Dan !!

I bought a civic 2016 with 26k miles. It???s supposed to be a new car. Car had four diferents problems in the FIRST month. Ar conditioner, Rear shock was... leaking, alignment, entered water in the windscreen glass after a rain day. I told about all this problem for the manager. And that This is not work for me. I work in Boston and I drive 120 miles every day, so i bought this car for almost $16k. And I had a lot of problems. I would like to change the car. He just told me that it is not a shoes that I can give back. So i know it is not a shoes. It is a car of $16K. Me car was in the maintenance 4 times and I lost almost 8 days without car, they borrow I car worse car for me in this time of maintenance, duty, smells cigarette and totally bad conditions. Never more I come back here. First and last time that I buy I car over there.
Went looking for a car on a rainy day, even in the rain Jeff allowed me to test drive the car with no pressure into buying the vehicle the General Sales... Manager Joe Martin dropped the price of the vehicle down a few hundred dollars because some service work needed to done and Leslie Gagnon helped us find the perfect financing below our budget Prestige Auto Mart in Westport Mass made us feel like family will be recommending everyone I know who needs a car to this 5 star establishment.
