Ultimate Auto Spot

I bought a used 2011 Camry from this dealer. Before buying the car, they were very responsive to text and calls. But several things went wrong with the buy from Ultimate Auto Spot. Do not waste your money buying a car from this dealer. If yo do, take your car to your trusted mechanics. Before buying the car I asked about the tire, they said all season tire, but later found out the tires were winter tire (new set of all-season tire 600$). --There were wrong lug nuts on the wheels which is very dangerous to drive (new set of lugnuts 64$)-- they did till me they worked on the RR calliper which required for inspection, but definitely the parts used were cheapest and the mechanics didn't do the work properly. Brake peddle shakes while I stop the car. I had already spent 200 bucks on fixing this. I also got to know I need to change the brake pads and rotors as they are not in good condition which is responsible for brake pulsation. The rims came with the car is basically junk, had to change the rims (~350$) ---The most frustrating part is the dealer stopped following up and replying to my text. Update: 1.5 k more spent on wheel bearing and stabilizer bar. They basically sell junk cars. Before buying the car, I asked for warranty. They did not provide any warranty, but persuaded me to buy a third party warranty which is utterly useless for the repairs I had to do. They were also rushing to close the deal on the day of buying. Please be aware!

I bought my car earlier this month. I paid 10 grand cash for the car. The next morning walked out to car to a dead battery. Had to spend 210 dollars for a new battery. Called them and was told that a new battery was installed in car before sold. However I have a friend that works at the place they got it from and it was not new. Then on friday on my way home my check engine light comes on. A cylinder misfire. So im 600 in the whole for this. I call them and all they want to tell me is you have a warranty and we are not helping you. The man that I talked to at the shop said that this probably has been a on going problem with the car. Long story short stay away from this place they will not help at all.

We wanted a Toyota Sienna so I did my shopping around town and got some prices from each dealer and researched online. Stopped by Ultimate Auto and Sienna I was interested drove great and had only 21,000 miles. Was still under manufactures warranty. Asked sales guy if price could be lowered and they were very straight forward on what price they could offer. I already knew their price was the lowest but the fact that they still offered a small discount just made the deal even better. Put a deposit down same day. So far so good. We love our Van.

Bought a Toyota from this dealer. Was actually referred by a co-worker who bought a car from them a few years and never had problems. Vehicles on lot are priced fairly and they have good selection of low mile vehicles. They even got me 2% which was a lot lower than my own credit, that just sweetened the deal even more.
