    Our 2013 Kia Optima had a recall on it , so we took it in for service and a oil change. They informed my wife that the oil plug was installed side way... and after draining the oil out, they could not reinstall plug. that we needed a new oil pan cost $500. After talking with service manager this was simply not true. the plug had not been removed and oil was not drained out. We took the car to another place for oil change with no problem?????? WOW

    I have constantly calling and calling and not a xxxx person will pick up the phone. I've had enough of this crap. Should be no reason a phone can't... be answered. Enough us enough.

    Mr. Frank went above and beyond the call of duty. When my mother passed away I was in the early stages of intense Chemotherapy and unable to take care... of business or pay mom’s car note. Kia Repossessed mom’s car and needless to say I was crushed. Not only because it was mom’s car but also the fact that I had no transportation with the exception of my motorcycle which I could not ride due to sever weakness and other physical problems at the time. Three months after they took the car back I finally received my disability and back pay. I went to Mr. Frank and explained my situation. He promptly got on the phone and over a three week period (that’s dedication and persistence) worked everything out to where I was able to make the payoff and get mom’s car back. Mr. Frank is more than a ‘car salesman’, he is a man of honor and compassion. There are no words to express my gratitude to Mr. Frank I can only pray that he receives blessings abundantly❣️ Thank you Mr. Frank! With all my heart, I appreciate you!

    Rude, arrogant sales manager and awful experience after car purchase. I'm going through a devastating experience with the recent used/ preowned vehicle.... Being totally ignored by the sales staff after being a loyal customer for the past 5yrs. Be careful what you're buying and signing from this dealership. Damage not in a carfax still do exist.

    Kedrick Cleveland did a awesome job putting me in my 3rd Sorento, everytime I came to Kia they went above & beyond customer service. I definitely will... purchase my 4th vehicle from those guys again

    Dealership was phenomenal. Ryan in sales knew i was coming to look at cars and had the cars that i wanted to test drive already waiting for me when i pulled... up. He made sure i knew about every aspect of each vehicle, what would get me the most for my money and what would be the best fit for my family. I had to take the car back for some minor repairs and the service department was phenomenal. Nora and Brandon took the time to call me and keep me posted on what parts came in, what parts they were waiting on and when those parts were expected to arrive. When i arrived to pick up the car, not only were they friendly but they were engaging and took time to get to know me. I will be back for my next car for sure.
