Get it in writing!
I am pleased overall with the quality of my automobile. Fortunately, it was still under the Manufacturers Warranty when I purchased it. My only real issues with this dealer is that several promises were made and then broken to my wife and I. We were promised two tires would be replaced before we did the paperwork. In a rush to move the car the dealer/owner said he would put them on next week and also promised to replace the wipers and clean the car and change the oil (and this was not changed as part of their 60 point certification ??) Each time I called to have the work done I was put off because they had mechanics that did not show up or the tires were on backorder?? When I finally did get the work done I was presented with a bill for $267. Only after complaining to the owner Gery about it he said that it was his understanding from the salesman that we were supposed to split the bill. The salesman does not speak english very well but my agreement was made with the owner anyway. The owner finally agreed to the original agreement behaving as if he had done me some big favor. He said he even washed the car himself. Well, the inside was not detailed as agreed. The wipers were not replaced and only the engine oil was replaced not the filter. The tires were indeed new but a cheap brand. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth and will not be recommending Lakeview Resale to my friends or family.

I Love my Lexus
Just purchased a Lexus RX300 from Jerry up at Lakeview Resale. It is a great car, at a great price. Cant recommend them enough.
