I met Eric in the lot as I was looking for at there trucks. He was patient as I looked for something I liked and within the budget. Eric was informative on the deals of each truck As we looked at them. I found a Tundra that met what I was looking for but since I was on my lunch break I would not have an opportunity for a test drive until l as tee the evening. Eric said no problem just come back when you can. I got out of work early and the truck was not where I had last seen it. As a matter of fact I could not find it on the lot and thought that since it was a nice truck someone had come in after me and purchased it. Eric came out to meet me and explained that the truck was in the detail shop getting ready for a test drive. I ended up buying the Tundra and feel that Eric and the sales manager where up front and honest about what they could do on the price and on the trade in. The entire staff at John Lee Nissan from sales, management, finance and the other employees not involved in the sale where polite and inviting. I will purchase my next vehicle John Lee Nissan.

Wanted to trade in my Nissan Sentra. Jermal Tolver is an expert in his knowledge. He updated us and let us know about the current market and was very educated about the cars that were on the lot. Needless to say we drove off the lot with a beauty! Great customer service!
