One of the most pleasurable experiences we have had at a dealership. I located a car on their website, we discussed the price over the phone (since I live approx. 200 miles away) and when we got there it was exactly as shown in the pics, and the guys were amazing! Super nice, no surprises, great inventory and dealership--and most of all they delivered everything as promised. Honest and no hassle with exceptional service. I would DEFINITELY do business with them again!

Nik and Eli are great to deal with, no pressure, very laid back. I live in Las Vegas and did all communication via phone, email and eventually snail mail, never once stepping foot into the showroom. I ended up purchasing a BMW 335i from them and the entire experience couldnt have been better. Great deal, easy transaction, even getting me a smoking deal on transporting the car home to me. Anyone not local to Elite Auto with trepidation about buying a car sight unseen need not worry, I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Eli and Nik are honest and passionate about what they do, so if you find with them the car you want - short list it as #1. Particulars of my case: looking only for a (rare) Audi A6 Quattro Avant, and living 2500 mi away. They have been with me all the way through phone and email. If you are out of state - settle down your worries: paperwork was flawless, people they work with are definitely in the same league (Performance Motor Works delivered an outstanding pre-purchase report; D&Z Trucking - delayed by ice storms arrived minutes before the finally committed time). Nik was professional from the initial call to the final pickup. The cars in his dealership are top notch and they do a great job of showing them to you. My purchase wouldn't have been possible if he didn't offer financing, and the lender that they work with is very competitive. I don't know many used car dealerships with this complete of a package. Although I was overcharged for registration fees, they were willing to work with me and I got my refund in a short amount of time. I would call that pretty good customer service.

Dealer had great inventory from Mercedes, BMW's and Porsche. Prices were fair and the sales people were knowledgable. Buying process was a little jacked up but hey..I got a clean car at a nice price. Would definitely buy from them again.

The inventory of cars is great and the fact they are located in a warehouse protected from the elements is even better! Nik and Eli are not your typical sales guys, they are car enthusiasts and offer a nice selection of well maintained vehicles. We purchased our Mercedes from them, it was an easy, no pressure transaction and would do it again. Great experience!

I was impressed that they keep all of their inventory inside. We purchased a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta. The car was detailed to perfection. It was serviced by a local Volkswagen dealership. Nik and Eli are not really salesmen. They are car buffs that enjoy seeing people drive the best car for their needs and budget. We wanted a four door sedan that got more than 25 mpg,handled like a sports car, had more than 180 hp, and less than 50,000 miles. Eli said I have just the car for you and advised Nik to show us the Jetta. Nik moved several automobiles out to retrive our White Jetta hidden in a sea of BMWs,Jaguars, Mercedes Benz, Porsches and Lexus. I was surprised to find an economy car among such great automobiles. Our purchase price was 3200 dollars less than the best deal we were offered at any local Volkswagen dealer. I will have Elite Auto locate my next used automobile. Darrell Chambers
