Warning!!! ⛔️⛔️⛔️ I have literally had my 2020 GMC Terrain for 1 week! I noticed I needed to put air in one of my tires a couple times. I just thought maybe the sensors were sensitive and the weather contributed to me needing to do it because the tires were good. I am now on a family trip in snowy weather and all of a sudden the tire goes almost completely flat. Take my vehicle to a tire shop and guess what!?!? They sold me an unsafe vehicle that has a bent rim on the inside of the tire!! I call and all they have to say is too bad you didn’t get the tire and rim covered in your extended warranty!!! This place only cares about money!! Not the safety of their customers or children!!! It’s one thing to replace a tire because of normal wear and tear…but its NOT ok to sell unsafe defected vehicles!!!! UPDATE..since I’ve been back from my family holiday… I’ve tried several times to talk to Kevin about how terrible his business is being run and he avoids my phone calls and won’t call me back! Ive even been up there and he wouldn’t see me. Once you sign the paperwork you are no longer treated like a customer. My experience was very uncomfortable too because Fred the sales manager literally took my phone out of my hand while I was talking to my insurance company and PRETENDED to be my husband and tell them what coverage I needed..to make sure my insurance was cheaper to ensure the sale!! When I got my phone back from him I told my insurance company to ignore what he said and that I wanted the same exact coverage that my trade in had!! What kind of business allows this behavior to even go on??? I did not give him permission to grab my phone and do that! ⭐️ I would like to give credit to the only person who made the sale happen and that was Adrienne barber. She was very professional! Thank you for making a very uncomfortable situation bearable. I do love my vehicle.

I purchased a Hyundai Tucson with 2.
I purchased a Hyundai Tucson with 2.0 liter engine, which Hyundai had a class action suit due to defective engine, per Tracy in service my engine is included in that lawsuit. The Tucson is and has been at the dealership since February 2022 due to I have followed all manufacturer and dealership guidelines to get warranty replacement of my engine since 2020. I think they have had no intentions of working with me on the service agreement HELP Karen Palmertree

I originally went to get my 2015 Hyundai Tuscan serviced and I decided to go browsing to see what they had to offer. The staff were amazing and they answered all my questions. I decided to purchase the 2023 Hyundai Tuscan and I am in love with it.

My experience at Interstate Hyundai dealership was a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful and made my buying a new 2022 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy a joy!!! I received a great deal on my trade-in (2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy) so I am very happy!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Had car since February for extended warranty coverage
Had car since February for extended warranty coverage claim on engine failure. No communication whatsoever on status of claim and never follow up on inquiries. Have been patiently waiting while receiving conflicting information. Told claim denied, then told claim pending, then told claim denied again this only after I contacted department. Disappointed and angry, no consideration at all to the consumer. If contacted as to status of vehicle I could have moved forward instead of hanging in limbo.
Surprise: You owe us more!!
I paid 5k over MSRP I accepted a low ball offer for my trade. I found my zen, paid up, and happily drove my new car home. Fast forward 3 weeks, the finance manager calls me and let's me know he miscalculated and I owe another $1400. He told me he had called my tag office and gotten a correct quote, when in fact, he had not. I have refused to pay and heard nothing from management. Rough place. Keep your sanity and shop elsewhere where you business is appreciated
Great Experience
The guys were excellent! They took care of me and made me feel welcome during the entire process. They were friendly and Cx service was at an all time high.
