We were in the market for a safe, reliable vehicle for our 17 yr old granddaughter. The salesperson was great about showing us the vehicles with the highest safety standards and mechanically dependable for a young lady’s first car. They gave us a good price and we were in and out in no time. When the salesperson handed my granddaughter her new keys, he said, “you have to make me one promise, please do not ever text while driving.” I appreciated that so much and it really made an impression on our granddaughter. I would highly recommend Tracey’s Auto Sales to anyone looking for a good deal on a used vehicle and honest, caring salespeople.

I was in need of a car and when I went to Tracy’s I cannot explain how amazing the service was! I had been turned down at other car lots but they were sure they could get me in something good and reliable! And they did! Tyler got me financed with very low interest and being a first time buyer I couldn’t be more happy. I didn’t know buying a car could be so hassle free and easy! But st Tracy’s it definitely is!

I had previously went to a few other car lots BEFORE I went to Tracy?s. They were nothing but headaches!! A guy at one place flirted with me so much and tried to get a sale that way. Another one at a different car lot lied to my face about what the contract would say...and he even lied about the price of the vehicle. It?s a long, tiring story. He tried to take advantage of me, because my husband wasn?t with me. ....then I went to Tracy?s. Tracy took away all of the stress of buying a car. It was actually very easy! He was up front and honest about EVERYTHING!! Customer service there was excellent and greatly exceeded all of my expectations!!! Tracy, Tanner and the finance manager were all 3 amazing to work with and talk to. They didn?t make me nervous or try to talk down to me because I was a woman. I will NEVER go to another dealership. I will recommend Tracy?s Autos in Waco to all of my family and friends. I am a deeply satisfied customer. ....And even my husband is happy with our purchase at Tracy?s Autos!
