I waited TWO hours for an oil change. I can't recommend this dealership to anyone. My time is valuable too! The front office lady Yolanda was rude.

I came to green nissan without any expectations of getting help, talked to Scott S. And I am the proud owner of a new car, the process was not complicated... Scott walked me through everything. I was without a car and now have a great little vehicle. When you get here everyone is friendly and helpful, there is no pressure to buy, you are treated like royalty
The staff are great. The sales manager is not very great in my opinion. He was nice when I purchased the vehicle. But when I began having problems with... the vehicle and talked to him about it in person . He insulted me and mocked me for my disabilities and grabbed my wife when she said something to him for the way he was treating me a disabled vetran . So I tried to find someone to file a complaint with, trouble is the sales manager is the highest person you can get in touch with. So I wrote reviews but all my reviews get removed from sites and I get nasty messages on the sites from the manager. I am in the market for a new rig. Guess where I will not go? Green Nissan. I will tell anyone that will listen my experience with this company. So i just keep reposting my review.
My daughter bought her very first brand new car in August, after being ripped off for a used vehicle from one of the valley's largest dealerships. Green... Nissan/Hyundai worked with her to get the best deal and warranty comparing with us all the options. She had a head on with a deer this past weekend and while the new Elantra needs some major front end work - considering she was doing 60 on a stretch of highway when this buck ran out in front of her, the car not only survived--so did she. It can be fixed, and she is safe. The management at Green Nissan/Hyundai went beyond what they were committed to doing in helping her out with while her car is being fixed at a body shop. They didn't have to do what they did (won"t go into details) but their customer care and loyalty is unequaled in this valley
I purchased my car from Green Nissan 2 years ago and still love it. The customer service they provide to this day is superior: service, repairs, and ALWAYS... willing to take the time to answer questions. I am very, very pleased.
John showed us all of our options and took the time to expain to us what each vehicle did and didn't have. I love that he gave us choices with the budget... we ave him and we left with exactly what we wanted. Very honest and reallylistened to all our needs. We love our car.
i came in wanting an SUV and they helped me find exactly what i was looking for with all the bells and wistles that i asked for and actually a bit more... honestly. He really hit all my needs and it was all at my budget. Big thumbs up!
I don't normally write reviews but the experience i had with the team down at Green Nissan truly blew me away. I was treated like I really mattered and... really spent time finding out what i thought was important in my vehicle and didn't waste my time on things that i really didn't care about. They're hones people. I reccomend them to anyone who wants a breath of fresh air from the other dealerships.
