I took my four-year-old Honda HR-V for his yearly
I took my four-year-old Honda HR-V for his yearly Preventive Maintenance Check-Up. I requested an oil change, a tire rotation, a brake oil replacement, and since Texas doesn't require yearly vehicle safety inspections anymore, I asked for a 27-point Inspection to be performed. Manny, my Service Advisor, was very professional, easy to speak to, and very thorough. He actively listened to my questions and concerns regarding my Honda. Once the work was completed, Manny reviewed all the work that was done as well as the 27 Point Inspection and the tire rotation--which were complimentary, by the way. He even went above and beyond and washed my Honda for me. A lot of work was done and all safety points were inspected on my Honda in less than 75 minutes. While I was there, I took a stroll to admire the beautiful new Hondas. Eddie, one of the Honda Vehicle Experts, showed me the features and benefits of the 2025 H-RV, the Civic and the all new EV Prologue. If you're looking for a new Honda, this is where you NEED to go. The salesman was awesome but the financial manager was the worst he lied to me because he wanted to sell me a product. And lyed that my payment was not going to change. Instead it made my bill go up by 1000 dollars. That guy is a rat.

I went in with the date that I had scheduled on the Honda
I went in with the date that I had scheduled on the Honda app and they told me that I needed to call first to confirm if they even had the piece. What was the point of confirming on the app and through a text message if I still had to reschedule to go in to get the part fixed? Other than that. Good service. They worked on my vehicle very quickly.
