I did not specifically have a problem with the process.

I did not specifically have a problem with the process. My problem was that the vehicle was extremely overpriced. It took forever to get my plates, and they charged me more after I had already paid the required prices for my plates. We were talked into purchasing an extended warranty that did not cover the price of the thermostat issue that should not even been an issue if they had serviced and checked the vehicle over before selling it. This was 2 months after we purchased the vehicle. Then, 2 more months later, the check engine light came on again. The O2 sensor went bad. The vehicle only had 75000 miles on it. Called about the warranty. Was told that O2 sensor was not covered, because it was normal wear and tear. I asked for a copy of the warranty information to be emailed to me. That never happened. xxx! Now we have traded the vehicle after only owning it for 7 months, because I don't want to deal the dealership and their brushoffs any longer. We have been calling them to get our refund for the extended warranty, but getting no resolution or anyone to answer the phone in the finance offices. I DO NOT recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership what so ever!!

A positive experience.

A positive experience. Of course, it would have been even more positive if I actually had the car. I think they could have done more to speed up the buying process since I was under a time crunch. They were willing to work through email since I was out of state. It would be awesome if Malloy Ford moved into the 21st century of technological advances and internet shopping where someone from out of state could sign paper work / notarize without the slow snail-mail process. E-signing is a common business practice. Also, not too thrilled with their website advertising, which is deceptive, since the posted price includes all discounts: 1st responder, recent college graduate, ect. All Malloy Fords seem to have a $900 Processing Fee, which is quite high considering it's paying backroom staff for paperwork duties. In other states, there are caps at $100 to avoid this consumer abuse. Can't blame the employees for some of these policies. I still need a car, have money to spend, qualified for financing, and ready to buy ASAP, so any non-Malloy Ford dealers can reach out to me and sell me a car TODAY.

Do not buy used from any Malloy dealership.

Do not buy used from any Malloy dealership. First was a 18k lemon from Toyota 2 years ago. Now from ford, even blue certified. Told I was covered 4 months or 4k miles. If I had any issues bring in and they’ll make right. Now that I’m 45 days in with a looming 2k repair I was told today buy a jerk in sales not to buy used. Terrible customer service from a dealership that I’ve spent 80k on three cars in 4 years. ( bought one new). Don’t fall for their smoke and mirror tactics. They love making money selling nice looking vehicles with mechanical problems. Never again

Horrible quality and lack of care

took my car in for an order change and state inspection. They failed to tighten up the lug nuts on one of the tires and while my wife is driving it home from their shop there is a horrible noise and grinding. She calls the shop and the service manager comes out and realizes their mistake. All of the lug nuts were laying along the road. Calls a wrecker and takes my truck back to their shop. They ended up putting the lug nuts back on tight enough to get the truck back to the shop. The service manager is totally apologetic and says they are going to fix my truck, detail it and throw in two oil changes. They had to order the replacement rim. I didn't ask for a loaner since they seemed to be doing the right thing and I had another vehicle that I could use. On Christmas Eve they tell me my car is ready. I get my truck. First thing that I realize is that it wasn't detailed. No big deal since I just want my truck back. On the way home once I reach 65 miles an hour, the truck is vibrating. I take it back to the dealership and I asked them if they took this out for a test drive. Said they didn't but would put it back up on the rack to check the alignment. I told them this is their fault that my truck isn't running right and they need to fix it. I told them that they had a week and I expect and update as to what they are doing. I got one phone call. Once the shop opened back up over the holidays I called them and they tell me they have fixed an issue. When I get there they tell me that the issues is with my tires and that I need new ones but there were not bad enough to fail inspection . Needless to say I'm not happy. Bottom line is that you forgot to put lugs on my tires. Damaged my rim and then have the nerve to tell me that I need new tires. I bought and have had them service this truck. Never again. Don't be surprised if you see me with a sign out front of your business

SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!

BAIT and SWITCH SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!! We saw a vehicle listed online and requested a test drive for the next day. The next morning we were contacted by the dealer and we scheduled an appointment for later that day. When we arrived we were seated at a table and met with a salesman where he asked a few questions and then told us he would bring the car around. After about 20 minutes of sitting there with the rest of the sharks swimming around the sales floor looking at us hungrily, the sales person returned and said "That car you saw online wont start". He then offered us a car that was selling for more than 3 times the advertised price of the car we came in for. STAY AWAY.

To whom it may concern Allen is a excellent sales

To whom it may concern Allen is a excellent sales person, he greeted me in the rain. He was the only sales person in the lot the rest were inside out of the rain, We were looking for a blue 2019 Kia Optima that was supposed to be in the Chevy lot a mile up the road but was told it was not there. This is where we had came from. So he personally took us up there second time only not find the car. Allen had went over and beyond to find the car and missing key making calls to both managers. The car was finally found in the service area at the Ford lot and was purchased by my daughter who lives in Morgantown WV. The car had to be serviced and detailed to complete the transaction. This was around 1:00pm and would be done around 6pm. So we return then from Martinsburg. But leaving the detail shop a "new" self tapping bolt punctured the back tire with the hex head that was visible, and yes was brand new which I even took the New Car Sales Manager out to look and verify it and he agreed. Presented the issue to Allen and he had gotten in touch with the service manager to replace the tire. Beings in sales/project management and mechanically inclined. He handled it very well. This was Saturday 7/9/22 at 5:48pm. So the next step is to see what happens next week. Allen to me is a extremely great asset to your dealership because I can see it . This whole ordeal started at 9:00 that morning. Beings I'm a 35 year employee were I work, Allen did very well. He even called me around 8:00pm that evening to reassure me that the issue would be taken care of. Normal sales people don't do that. He gets 5 stars and then some. Any question call me Scott Foley Cell 304-283-0272 Email scott.foley@coreandmain.com
