Outstanding!
Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe my experience with Lakeview Ford. Lania, Allen and all of the sales staff were fabulous, working with me to get me into a new car at the best rate. After almost all the paperwork was signed, Allen called my current bank one more time and got me a better deal. Who does that?? They do!

Not recommended
Sales people have limited options for what they have to sell. In this day in age it is better to shop on-line to get the best deal and the options you want. Easy to just get it delivered. Secondly, the service department is awful. You never can get a hold of anyone in the department, the workmanship is lacking and it is better to go to your own mechanic if possible then pay dealership cost/mark-ups for poor customer service.

Crap service
Came in to buy a 2022 Explorer. Tried to sell me a Flex. We walked out an got financing from our credit union only to still get the run around on purchasing a new car. We are taking our business elsewhere and would suggest others do the same. In our experience with this dealer is if your not buying the car they want to sell you, your not getting a car. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Came in to buy a 2022 Explorer. Tried to sell me a Flex. We walked out an got financing from our credit union only to still get the run around on purchasing a new car. Not trustworthy
My husband and I recently went to Lakeview Ford in search of a vehicle for our 17 year old daughter. We thought we found a great vehicle, it was a little older but looked super clean and safe for our daughter. But we still wanted to have our mechanic take a look at it, which the salesman had no problem with. Boy am I glad we did. The first thing our mechanic said was “you didn’t buy this yet did you”? The entire rear wheel wells were rusted out It was not repairable. The shock absorbers were barley hanging on as the brackets were rusted out, they weren’t even sure how they were still holding. I of course let the Ford dealership know and had pictures and they thanked me and said it would need to go to auction now. Funny, now it’s listed on their site for $500 less. I just hope someone doesn’t buy this without getting it checked out! Our salesmen may not have known, but you can’t tell me their service team didn’t know. If they didn’t put it up on a lift when inspecting it, they aren’t really inspecting anything. What a joke!

I have been reaching out to Eric for a month now about the key and now he stopped responding. I have called, texted and emailed with no response. I'm very disappointed in the lack of meeting a promise.

2016 Ford Escape
