Absolutely the worst customer service wasting 5 hrs and

Absolutely the worst customer service wasting 5 hrs and $100 in gas after being told a vehicle was available on the lot, and went as far as scheduling an appointment and confirming the appt with the deal summary and written appt details. Also sent serval email Verifications , even the morning . Zero attempt to reach us until I saw an email while my husband was driving which came at 9:22 AM for a 10AM appt (we had to leave for at 7:30AM for 2.5 drive) Sent an email at 9:23 no text, they claimed a phone call, neither of us had a missed call nor was any voice mail left for either of us. The vehicle, they claim sold Saturday, they further claim there’s a 48 hr lag time after they mark them sold. If you know that make sure before you confirm availability and set up appts. The old bait and switch is more like it!!! Sorry really does not cut your lack of customer service and lack of communication . We should have been contacted at 8AM when you opened which would have spared us 4.5 hours more hrs of driving there for a sorry. In this age of internet everything , I do not believe there’s a 48 hr lag and if you know there is, then fix it before your rep confirms appt. I’ve blocked out the names because it’s not just one person responsible is dealership mgmt. the sales manager there sat in his office vs letting a young sales rep apologize , horrible mis management and horrible customer service.

Bring it to a mechanic with a Lift!

I purchased a used Ford Focus as a replacement car after being involved in an accident, I was on a budget, as my only income is SSDI. The story of the vehicle told by the salesman was false, the(heavy) undercoating of the vehicle was in my belief to hide the amount of rust under neath. I bought this car less than a year ago and had brought it to my mechanic due to a "clinking noise" in the front end. My mechanics exact words, with photos attached " what you are seeing is where the subframe mounts to the body is completely rusted through on both sides. Car is very unsafe and is a candidate for the junk yard or parts for someone, sorry for the bad news". I wish I could attach photos...to show the amount of undercoating that was all over under the hood and the actual ROT of the car! So this leaves me again, looking for a vehicle. This one NEVER should have been allowed to go off the lot! I went to Nucar due to a friend recently purchasing a Newer Dodge Ram, and to keep my business "local". So disappointing.

shafted - as usual with car dealers

I'm sitting in the customer service center - nothing free to drink or fresh made coffee (how nice, I can buy a soda though). Bought my car here less than two years ago. Bought the extended warrantee b/c we were assured they had great customer service, offered loaners, etc. So, when the seat broke and I needed a few things done, I bring the car in. Find out (even though I called first) that my car is no longer on warranty - Hmmm - just under 1,000 miles over. Couldn't they have told me that on the phone first before I drove an hour. AND - the loaner - Nope - looking at a note that says - "Valued Customers... Due to a change in our insurance we are unable to provide loaners - WASTE of time and a waste of hundreds in the extra money I spent on the extended warranty!!!! If your going to buy a car here, unless you live down the road - forget the warranty and BE SURE to get a copy of the warranty if you do buy it - so you know when it expires, I never got a copy of mine

A long search for the right car

A long search for a specific vehicle was professionally presented by this dealership. Although we drive close to 300 mi to see the car, the trip was well worth the time. Everything this dealership presented was professionally handled. Customer service on all points from their internet contact, sales, finance and the owner himself was a 10+. There is absolutely no doubt of my referring others to this one of a kind location. Bravo to Don and his team.
