Great experience in purchasing a new car. It was an easygoing experience as well. I was attracted by the longterm warranties provided by the company. A 20/200,000 mile powertrain warranty sounds like a good deal.

Poor service
They were unable to work on my car for over two weeks which is a long time with a bad tire. I was told they were short service men and Josh was sick

Insurance Billing Specialist
All staff extremely helpful. They explained difference between leasing and buying. Asked several times if we had more questions. When we did decide to lease, they made the process happen as quickly as possible. Before we left with our new Sportage, Matt Straelow, our salesman, sat in the vehicle with us and explained how to use options and answered our questions. Received follow-up calls from salesman and manager. Overall a great buying experience!

Love my new Kia
They were willing to buy my 2008 at a much higher rate than other car dealers were willing to pay! They made the application process very easy. I was able to get into a 2017 Soul with 14 miles vs a 2008 with over 100,000 miles. I couldn't be happier with the staff. They listened to our concerns and steered us in the right direction.

Great Experience - Start to Finish
Let me first say - I HATE Car shopping! But Kyle, Matt and the rest of the staff at Kia of Mankato made it much easier. I knew I wanted to replace my current vehicle (2013 Ford), and that I didn't want a much bigger vehicle than what I currently had, but I wasn't sure what to buy. (and I needed great gas mileage) I shopped and compared 5 different vehicles and different dealerships. Kia of Mankato was low/no pressure sales, listened to my needs and wants and then when it came to financing, did what was best for ME, not the dealership. Truly looking out for the customer. Of course the final paperwork and everything took a little longer than any of us what it to, but they still kept my needs in mind and did what was best for me in the long run. Thank you to everyone at Kia of Mankato. It's a very welcoming and friendly dealership, where I know I will be welcomed with a big smile each time I come in. We will definitely be back to purchase from them again. Loving my Kia Forte S :)
