I recently purchased a car from Budget Motors in Reno, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions without making me feel pressured to buy.

Loved the entire process. Paper work was done quick. Salesman (Nery Granados) was not pushy and took his time with us. Love the cars.

Arrived in the car that I wanted to trade in, looked at the Tahoe and it was to old to get financing, they wanted cash only, so looked at a couple more and in the meantime their salesman took our car for a test drive, about 45 minutes later he walks through the door and proceeded tell us that our transmission was going out, and he left the car in the middle of some parking lot. So he had another salesman give us a ride back to the car, where I looked at it and determined that it was not transmission but he had blown up the motor in the car, was making all sorts of noises, it's pretty bad when you drive up to a car lot, and after their test drive it needs to be towed because it will no longer run, will never do business their again or will I ever tell anyone else to shop their. Worst experience I have ever had.

It was a great and pleasant experience. Salesman was nice and wonderful. Kevin was able to answer all my questions professionally and quickly. I'd have no problems recommending them to friends or family.

Buyer beware! Use at your own risk. We went there because of an ad for a cheap car, once we got there management was forceful and rude. I’d highly recommend to shop anywhere else.

This dealership has a large inventory. However, they did not contact me In regard to any vehicle.

Good car buying experience. However, after only owning the car for 15 days asked for Simon, the owner to fix issues with cars he refused. Even threatened my person. This particular dealership has three other marks against them with the better business bureau. Similar complaints to what happened to me.

Unwilling to honor a verbal agreement. Sold my daughter a truck with bald tires. Said they would put new tires on vehicle for cost. Now the truck is parked and can’t be driven until it gets new tires. Simon pretended to be the owner, when in fact he is the owner’s son. Very rude and combative on the phone.
