While looking into options at local dealerships I had to provide contact information to view their site. No big deal MOST people are respectful of how/when... to contact potential customers. I was contacted quickly via email and asked the first rep I spoke to to please ensure that no one called me. She was nice enough and I thought that would be the end of it but no-that day I was called FIVE times by another rep back to back. I reached out to the first rep by email asking that she remove my phone number from the system and got no response from her but I did receive multiple emails from rep 2. I explained that I am no longer interested in even browsing their lot because they couldn't respect my wishes to not be called and was assured that my information would be removed from their system. Fast forward 3 days and I have 2 more emails from rep 2 and 1 from an entirely different rep. I've clicked on unsubscribe every email, and they're still coming in. I can't speak for their inventory because I couldn't even get that far but if you like being harassed this is the place for you!
The budget Motors team is a great team and will do everything they can to get you in the vehicle you want and give you the best deal possible
Budget Motors has been the only dealership we have been buying cars from for the last 13 years. Fred and staff know how to treat potential customers and... they treat loyal customers excellent. We just bought a 2011 Jeep liberty for an excellent price, financing was quick and simple, and there was no pressure at all. We asked for the CARFAX for our vehicle and it was shown to us with no hesitation, and they provide them free of charge on all their inventory on-line. That kind of transparency has always been there since day one. Thank you Budget Motors & staff for making car buying easy and hassle free for the last 13 years.
Thank you so much Ron & Nelly for your loyalty and for writing such a great review. Everybody at Budget Motors enjoys your company when you drop in to... see how everybody is doing and all of us love when you cook us lunch. Thank you again for all you have done for us over the years, and we can't wait to see you guys again. -The entire Budget Motors Staff
I needed to update, and unfortunately had to knock it down to 1 star, I wish I could go lower. Here's the thing, Simon; I don't appreciate your response... on Google "we would have loved to help you out with the problems you had with your car post-sale, but you did not inform us". I did inform you about the battery. But getting ahold of you, let alone getting you or Edie to return a phone call, is impossible. We purchased our vehicle on Nov 3rd. On January 13th we received a letter from our bank that they had not received the title for our car yet.... 9 weeks later. I called Simon on the 14th, to ask what was going on and why it was taking so long. I left a message with Jose and asked him to please have Simon call me back. By Friday the 18th, I still had not received a call back, so I called again. I was finally able to get ahold of Simon, and he said he was unable to answer my question because he didn't have access, and his "Title Lady" would need to call me back, and Monday would be the earliest. 3 WEEKS later, still no call. My bank told me it might work itself out and to wait for another letter from them. I received another letter so decided to call again on February 8th at 8:53am, again left a message for Simon. By 4pm, I still did not have a call back, so I called again. The guy I talked to said Simon was unavailable (big surprise), so I asked for the Title Lady, Edie. Well, she only works MWF from 10-2, so she was already gone. I responded with "okay that's fine, I will be down Monday between 10-2 to get this figured out." The guy said "Edie is just really busy, sorry about that". I would assume as much, since she only works 12 hours a week? Not 5 minutes later, I receive a call from Loraine, which was confusing because as soon as I answered she said "oh I'm sorry, I was really confused, the message that was given to me was that (my bank) called her, not the person who purchased. What, that doesn't even make sense?? She also said the title paperwork was submitted on Jan 25th, I responded with "when I talked to Simon on Jan 18th, he said the title paperwork had already been submitted", but she didn't have an answer for me since she ALSO didn't have access to that information. I called my bank again, and they said they had just received the title electronically on February 7th just before midnight. Please explain to me how it takes over 90 days to submit title paperwork when, legally, you must submit it within 30 days?! Perhaps it's because the person you have in that job only works 12 hours a week. Absolutely will NOT ever buy here again. I've also told and will continue to tell others to purchase elsewhere. Save yourself the headache, and probably some money, do not buy here.
Came in ready to buy had zero pressure great service was provided water and coffee w/o prompts. I was at the lot a total of 45m from start to finish Sandy... and Josh helped me get all the work settled efficiently and effectively. W/o asking they took off an additional $1000 and filled my gas to the top.
The salesman who greeted me was very kind. He brought me inside and asked about which trucks I wanted to see. He introduced me to a young salesman who... would assist me. I expressed that I've been researching and narrowing down my picks through online data and now wanted to get hands on knowledge. They then introduced me to their assistant manager who was sitting nearby. This is where the visit went very sour very quickly. She was very aggressive and grilled me about my trade in, financing, down payment, and other various factors. She quickly became very put out that I wasn't willing to hand over tens of thousands of dollars within 5 minutes into this visit. She told me that they were "short staffed" and my test drive would be just a quick around the block and limited to one truck. As the polite salesman walked me to the truck I saw 3 other salesman standing around and not one other customer on the lot. I asked where I was to drive and followed his directions to the stop light. As I approached the light, the salesman's walkie talkie chirped. The assistant manager came on and said in a very unprofessional manner, "I told you a quick test drive around the block, you are going the wrong way." This was said to her "inferior" in front of a customer. All in all avoid this place. I wouldn't trust any used car dealership who treats people with disdain and an unprofessional attitude. If they don't care about customers then they don't care about their cars.
