As a customer, I came with a list of demands, while it may have been a bit overwhelming, DERRICK HOLLOWAY was patient and very honest about what I could... get into and his knowledge on the cars. The first car I financed (08 Hyundai Tucson) had problems that the service department could not fix, due to the car being used, rusted and poorly taken car of before ParCars received it and not thoroughly serviced before it was added to the sales list. I only had the car for two months, I called and spoke to one of the GM's and expressed my frustration in a professional manner, because yelling does not fix anything. A few days later DALE FRANK, Sales Manager at this location, called me and told me the General Managers, decided to let me trade in the car, no down payment, no pickup note, no extraness due to the inconvenience it caused me. DERRICK HOLLOWAY is an excellent sales person and very honest about what he does and does not know and will find the information for you. Good Place to get a car from just make sure that YOU inspect the car thoroughly before you signed anything and bring up every that concerns you to Derrick (or your sales person) and Dale to make your car buying experience enjoyable.
Pars car in duluth, ga is amazing. I had a bad credit, and i was able to get a vehicle. I got a nice toyota, camry with only puting down 500. The sales... team is awsome, and my sale guy Micahael is the best in the Business. My car is great, and i want to thanks Pars car for making my life even better...
I purchased a car from Pars Duluth location in January 2015. My sales person was great, the process was simplistic and my car is wonderful! I had just... had a bankruptcy discharged and my credit was less than stellar and that's putting it nicely. First off, if you have bad credit and need a car, high interest rates are a given. If people don't know this by now... not sure what to say! Pars will work with you, your down payment and anything else that may be an obstacle. What more can you ask for if you're coming out of a bad situation and need to ride, not walk! Recently, I had an unexpected set back financially and I'm now bouncing back. Never ONCE did Pars threaten to take my car, make harassing calls, put the fear of losing my car in any way into me. I give them a lot of credit for that, because a lot of these "2nd chance" car dealerships come after you for ONE missed payment. I've stayed in contact and kept my arrangements and not a single problem. As for my car- like I said, it's wonderful. I took it on a road trip almost the week after getting it and have made at least 4 more since then and no problems what so ever. This is MY experience, and it has been nothing but pleasant from start to finish...
Think twice before you buy from this and all locations of Pars Cars. This dealership fix the cars up just enough to get you off the lot. If anything goes... wrong, they are not willing to fix it. Unfortunately, I bought a Volkswagen from this location. Within two weeks, my engine light came on. I called and called to get assistance and by time I got any results, the dealership told me there was nothing for them to do to help me. After that, I realized my heater didn't work in the car, the dealership refused to fix it. After that, things inside the car began to come apart one by one. After that, my brakes, and now the car is shaking when I drive, like the wheels are about to fall off. All of this and I have only had the car for three months. I'm another single mom that was desperate for a car to get to work and back and was taken advantage of. When I was test driving the cars, one car wouldn't crank. I wish I had enough sense to leave right then. They didn't even detail the car, I had to take it to get washed and cleaned on the inside. They didn't even fill up the car. The car was on empty and the guy put five bucks in it to set me on my way. Besides, the bad cars, the customer service was ok. They told me nicely that they can't fix anything on the car. They didn't curse me out or anything. I got approved very easily(another sign), but I think they asked for too much as a down payment. But again, I was desperate, so this is what I get. I could have gotten a better car for the down payment somewhere else. They do have some very nice cars on their lot, but if you have challenging credit, in order for you to get those, make sure you have the bank in your back pocket for a down payment. Overall, think twice!
I just did all the process of buying the car in least time possible!
They put me in a car and didn't care about my past credit issues. I am very pleased. Thanks Par Cars.
