I purchased a car from here that recently broke down I had it towed and told them my cv axle popped cause I already knew the next day they called me back and told me it was my transmission when I knew for a fact it wasn’t then was told I would need to bring 2000-3000 to put down on another car did get that cause I only owe 1800 on my car I’m almost done paying on it. So I go get my car and asked them can they work with me on the payment so I can get my car fixed and they underwriter said it was impossible because I already owed them 60 from my last payment that’s the most stupidest xxxx I’ve ever heard of if a person just paid y’all xxxx there 16,000 and down to they last 1000 and y’all can’t work with y’all customers once I’m done paying for car I would never go here or recommend it to anyone.. They call you after missing one day on your payment I done had plenty cars from buy here pay here places and I went a week at least two weeks missing a payment sometimes they even let me double up... I just love my car but the place I got it from is full of it

while I was looking for my first time car having a child no credit it was beyond hard. ended up getting a vehicle at creel motors and I do not recommend, my car broke down a week after buying it and also now I have came into soooo many problems that's going to cost 4,000 which is what left as my payment due.
