We moved to Kansas in 2022 and started taking our vehicles to Little Apple Honda last year. Today's visit was for recall work to be done. The dealership's atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Mark Kendall made sure that I knew how long it would take since I would be waiting. The work was completed ahead of schedule, which was very nice! We do plan to continue working with this dealership in the future! It's about an hour drive from our house, but it is worth it! Thank you for the excellent service!

Crooks and Liars

n October 21, 2023 we met Kealo Kappada on a scheduled visit to look at a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. We liked the car so made a cash offer of $16,000 and it was ultimately accepted and we signed an offer sheet. During the finalization we were offered a warranty package which was declined. The sales contract was signed and we drove home. It comes time to register the vehicle and I notice an "Added Equipment" charge for $999, bringing the total to purchase price to $16,999. I call Kealo and ask about the charge and was told it was "Chemical Coverage". He was told "Chemical Coverage" was not asked for or needed and I would like my $999 refunded and they declined. Shame on me for not reading the final sales contract closely enough, shame on them for sliding in the OLD "Added Equipment" charge to the tune of $999. I have no paperwork or coverage information for my $999 investment in "Chemical Coverage". How do I redeem said investment, what criteria are needed to file a claim for "Chemical Coverage", and what exactly did we get for our $999 investment? Screwed by Little Apple Cars that's what we got. These are guys are crooks and liars like most car dealerships and do not honor the deal they agreed to on the offer sheet. ***BUYER BEWARE OF LITTLE APPLE CARS***

Nothing Less but Impressed

Just last week, I had a collision with a deer, resulting in my one-month-old Corolla being declared a total loss. Remarkably, within a mere three business days, Matt swiftly facilitated my transition into another brand-new Corolla. He made the entire procedure incredibly smooth, alleviating the stress on both my family and me while helping us find the perfect vehicle once more. This marks my sixth purchase from this dealership, and I've consistently been more than impressed each time.

Disappointed in dealership

I just bought a vehicle from little Apple car dealership in Manhattan Kansas a couple days ago. I knew the dealership was lowballing me but I understand in trades there is a cost. We had a deal at $7800 difference but said dealership told me had to replace the worn out tires or they would do it. Charged me an extra $840 over said agreed upon deal to replace tires and yet when I see my vehicle advertised the same old worn out tires are on the vehicle. Very unethical transaction. Could have kept said deal and yet made big profit. Very disappointed in how I have been treated.

Our cars are often pictured and placed online before all repairs are completed. We do replace the tires on many of our trades. That is something that will often occur after the cars are pictured.

They were quick to get us in the car, while lying about

They were quick to get us in the car, while lying about their mechanics servicing the car. Upon further inspection after getting the car home we discovered excessive tire noise due to tires cupping on the inside edge and being out of round. Obviously the cupping was caused from being out of alignment. The oil display showed oil was at 30%from needing changed. Dean said they just forgot to reset it. However as a former mechanic I can tell the was far too dark to be fresh. We bought a ridiculous warranty that is basically bumper to bumper to include windshield replacement, now they are telling us our cracked windshield from a bird may not be covered, they said it will be 3 months before they will get us in, they have been giving my wife the runaround. She has talked to over 5people today. They want us to leave it and pay for our own rental car, when we bought this for vacation at the end of the week. Alignment, tires, windshield and oil change does not take that long if the mechanic is any good. I would not recommend and will be reporting to the BBB. I’m not happy!

Thank you for the review. We do an inspection on every used car we sell. These inspections are not only available upon request, but also available on our website for every used vehicle. As a mechanic I am sure you would have noticed the alignment being off when you test drove the car if it was off at that time though too? As for getting your car back in, I do apologize that it could not be done as fast as you would like. We do service 100's of cars as one of the preferred and most reliable service centers in town. Sometimes there is a wait to get in. Also, warranties are through a third party company. The warranties we sell are from on of the largest warranty companies in the world and come with the best coverage we can get for our customers. We however are not the ones who decide what is or is not covered. We have to submit those claims to them. Your paperwork would have their number as well to call them directly if you choose to do so.

Worked hard for the deal

Akira is a true sales professional. Very helpful and worked hard to get me a good deal on a new car. Went above and beyond to make the purchase right for wife and I.

Stay away from the service department

It was ok to buy from, just stay away from the service department. They used an acetylene torch on a painted door hinges. Offered a rental car while vehicle is in body shop but didn't tell is all the requirements before the 40 mile drive to pick it up. Left without the rental. I would never recommend.

Dale Nash is the best salesman ever

We've purchased five cars from Dale Nash, over the years. He's very professional, knowledgeable, not pushy at all, gives us the best deal that he can. We wouldn't buy from anyone else, anywhere else. You cannot go wrong with Dale or Little Apple.
