This was an out of sttate transaction: Doing my research I found a car that caught my interest and reached out to Epic Autos. I Found Travis to be accommodating, reasonably prompt in communication and forthright with me. He took the vehicle to a nearby mechanic for me to have it inspected and sent over the report. The things that he said were done to the vehicle were verified to be true including his proactively offering to replace the worn front two tires. While I'm inherrently cynical of the used car dealership game. He allowed me the time to do a reasonably in depth inspection and test drive. I was offered the extended warranty as is common in the industy but accepted my first decline and moved on. The only problem I had was the weather around vail, but that is hardly within their control. Obviously buying a used car can be difficult, but with the right mindset and dillegence you can find a decent vehicle and dealer. I'd do business with them again. They even knocked it out of the park with a great local hidden breakfast hole in the wall. *For the record I dont give 5 stars unless something very above and beyond occurs and there was not the opportunity for this to occur. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

I 100% will buy cars from this company for the rest of my life. So kind and honest. Didnt push me at all. Gave me a fair and great deal for my trade in. The car we got is clean and runs great. Paper work was easy and financing was just as easy. Buy from them they are great.

I recently bought a Toyota Tundra from these guys. They were easy to deal with in the beginning. They had told me that the vehicle had been gone through by the mechanics. Within a week had to replace tie rod ends, rear main seal, smog pump, and reprogram the alarm, and replace alternator. I am still having issues with this truck and have only had it 70 days. Bad business!!

Epic does not allow independent inspections or a money back guarantee. This is very shady! I'm supposed to take Epic's word that a car is in good shape even though they don't stand behind their cars with any type of limited money back guarantee? If they are so sure about the condition of their cars then they should have no problem with me having an independent inspection done. This dealership is SHADY, I would never buy a car from them.

I am overwhelmingly pleased with my experience at Epic Autos. They were incredibly genuine people who pride themselves in service, and quality used cars. There wasn't a single car on the lot that didn't look well taken care of. I purchased a Toyota Rav4, and couldn't be more satisfied with the price, and the education I received on the vehicle.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Travis. Could not be happier with the entire process. I saw the vehicle on the website and made a deal sight unseen. The car is nicer than I expected. I flew to Denver picked the car up and it drove great. This car is perfect. You might see a negative review that someone posing as me wrote on my previous purchase. That review is false. The truck I bought did not have a check engine light on when I bought it. The light came on after 400 about 400 miles. Travis made sure the truck was fixed and I was happy with it or I would not have bought a second vehicle from him.

I am very happy with the service provided. When we encountered a problem, Travis did everything to make it right, and went above and beyond to help us out. He exceeded expectations and did way more than he had to!

After months not finding any good deals searching sales by owners, I went against my normal policy and started looking at dealer- owned cars. I found a Toyota I liked with Epic Autos, and was pleased to discover it was better than advertised. I made my deal with Travis, who was easy to talk to, and honest about the vehicle. He was also very informed, and VERY helpful with all details in the transaction. Its been a month since I bought this vehicle, and I have not had a moment of buyer's remorse! I love the car, loved the buying process. I'll go there again for my next vehicle

All around easy to deal with, very friendly, and made the buying experience relaxed. Bought a used Lexus for my son's 1st car. Travis answered all of my sons questions and really made him feel comfortable about buying this car.

We will never buy another used car from anyone but from Travis and his team. We were in need of a used car for my college daughter. Not only did they find a car in our price point, but went above and beyond in order to ensure that it met all of our expectations. Just remember when you purchase a car from a traditional OEM dealer, that you are paying more for the 'brick and mortar' and overhead that is associated with such complex's. If you want to get the best deal, buy from Epic.
