Purchased nissan titan no lights on. Had a few days and the several lights came on Cavalier converter and other sensor lights. Had to pay an additional 2700.00 before it passed emission.

Have purchased several cars here for myself and family. Always treated well… and felt pricing was good.

Purchased a vehicle in July 2022. Nine days after owning it the tire fell off while my son was driving it. (Thankfully he was driving on a city street at the time and not the freeway!) About 7 months after owning it (after continued issues with how the car runs) we've been told the transmission is shot along with so many other things- it's not drivable and a complete loss to us. 12k and it lasted us SEVEN MONTHS. After the tire incident we reached out to Dave. Dave pretended to be concerned and said over and over how honest of a man he is and stated he would make it right. That then turned into him claiming the tire fell off because of our son's driving. (After having it looked over, it was discovered that every tire had the wrong lug nuts on them. Every tire was an accident waiting to happen.) Dave offered us $250. Now that our reviews are being posted, Dave is claiming that our son actually called HIM when he lost the tire. lol Dave says our son claimed he "hit something" and he begged Dave for help because he was afraid my husband was going to take the car away from him. !!!!! This is absolutely laughable. Our son doesn't even know WHERE we purchased the car. And WHY does Dave think people will believe HE would be this kid's first call? lol Bottom line, this business is completely unreliable. The owner is as dishonest as they come. Safety is a non-issue to them. STEER CLEAR OF WAUKESHAS BEST USED CARS! Learn from our mistake!

I tried to contact the dealer through Cars.com just to see if a vehicle was available and they ran me in circles to call and text other numbers. When I finally got ahold of Dave he told me I was just trying to low-ball him(though numbers and offers were never discussed) and then told me it sold that day for a premium. Obviously hostile and untrustworthy is the way they do business. The vehicle I was looking at is still there. I was happy to find the vehicle I was looking for at The Used Car Factory in Janesville.

Was asked to put a $500 cash deposit down while I applied for financing on a used vehicle. Now the owner will not refund my deposit even though I have documentation that I paid it. I would not trust this business. Deceptive business practices!!

Dave should be avoided at all cost. He tried to sell me a vehicle with a bad rear end. He told me he replaced the rear end already and now it still has a rear end noise and it’ll only be $300 for a new rear end and 2 hrs of labor but that he wants to do the work. I got several quotes coming in between $2,500-$3000. Then I started looking closer at the paperwork and the paperwork shows the truck was now listed at $2000 higher than the sticker price but that he’s giving me over a $3000 discount. When I walked away from the deal he became very hostile and he even threatened me. Which I have passed onto the police. I hope the guy he is selling the green 2005 tundra sees this and realizes he’s getting screwed before it’s too late.

My husband and I purchased a van, we were threatened, the used salesperson started a fight after hours. Paid roughly 11k, in the first 10 months repairs were 9k, there people are THEIVES

The extended warranty is a rip-off pay real careful attention to the paper work because his partner will slip it in watched them take advantage of a woman with special needs kids.lowest of the low. Went to look at a truck with my girlfriend for her. Car salesmen told us it had a safety inspection and the truck passed prior to us test driving it. Didn’t even make it two blocks down the road and told her to go back. The 2007 Chevy truck was about to fall apart. Took it back and the guy played it off like he had no clue about any of it.
